I joined this program to develop the ability to get into the flow state at will. This was accomplished very early in the course. What I learned during the course was hugely beneficial in both my personal and professional life. I cannot begin to say enough about the course and staff of Zero to Dangerous. It will change your life in amazing ways.

This is the only peak performance programme you'll ever need. This programme draws from sources in science, philosophy, psychology, and is absolutely executable with immediate results. And at the same time this course gives you the outline of your entire life. You will always be revisiting it's components while you grow in the pursuit of your life's purpose.

Overdelivering and underpromising is rare. Flow Res. Collective has exceeded all of my expectations. I struggled with distractions, deadlines, overwhelm and bottom line productivity for years and years; far below my self expected potential. The ZTD modules, rich with science-based content have helped me eliminate 90% of my distractions, establish prioritized laser-focused productivity (FLOW) time blocks daily, and achieve more high-priority needle-moving objectives in one day than I have ever consistently achieved before. I feel fulfilled at day's end!! No trial and error here! Science based tactics work when applied based on ZTD protocols. Huge gratitude!

It’s really hard to put a finger on the what and why this program has been so powerful. In truth, a great deal of the content is stuff we already know but don’t do, or don’t, perhaps, have a clear strategy or set of motivations to implement. Where this program shines is in those areas. And there is also new information, and a group of fellow travelers to help out along the journey.

The teaching aspects of the course has clearly been thought through in terms of pedagogical approach and all i can say is that it has transformed my approach to life. I’m looking forward to staying connected with the community to support some of the changes i’ve made and to many of the approaches to work/life that have been outlined in this program becoming popularized in society. We need the changes on masse that this program offers to leaders.

I recently had an experience with Zero Dangerous that compelled me to write this review, and I am awarding them five stars for their swift and decisive action in line with their mission.

My interaction began with an invitation to participate in a free session, which included an interview with a coach named ___-. Unfortunately, my experience with he was less than satisfactory. As someone who relies on full language access, it's crucial for me to have an ASL interpreter during such interactions. However, I found his approach lacked empathy and understanding of the importance of this accommodation, which is essential in any coaching environment.

Recognizing the significance of this issue, I reported this incident to the founders of Zero Dangerous. Their response was commendable. They not only acknowledged the oversight but also took immediate action in line with their commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. The decision to let he need to go from his position was a clear indication of Zero Dangerous’s dedication to their values and mission.

Post this incident, He reached out to me, seeking to connect after losing his job. While I empathize with his situation, the professional boundaries and the initial reason for the disconnection cannot be overlooked.

I want to extend my gratitude to the founders of Zero Dangerous for their quick and appropriate response to the feedback. It's reassuring to see an organization that not only listens to its clients but also upholds its core values in every aspect of its operation. This experience has reinforced my trust in Zero Dangerous, and I am more confident than ever in their services and commitment to their clients.

I highly recommend the High Flow Coaching course at the Flow Research Collective. The program is research based, providing a wealth of resources to scientifically back your own coaching practice. The instructors are knowledgeable, on point and they care about your learning and how you transfer this knowledge to your own business. This course was worth the financial and time investment.

ZTD program is very informative and provides knowledge workers with some critical tools for maximizing output, while reducing time input. The program feels very personal, unlike any “self-improvement” training I have completed prior to this.

The High Flow Coaching program by the Flow Research Collective provided me with a profound knowledge base, guidance and an engaging playground to develop as a student of flow, thought leader and coach, as well as mobilised my best thinking and equipped me to reach new heights both professionally and personally.

Talking with Maleke was a coaching session in itself.
He got me right to the hard spot, the nitty gritty, without judgement, he helped me gain clarity about my situation, and gave me the solution (the program) to resolve it!
All that with extreme kindness and gentleness, Maleke is brilliant, and he has done the program twice!!!

The techniques this class has taught to improve focus and eliminate distraction in my work have been very valuable. I am much less "all over the place" while trying to get key tasks done. The peace and productivity this has brought are worth the high cost.

There are A LOT of advice out there these days about how to be efficient and more productive, etc. It's really hard to separating the wheat from the chaff of self-improvement these days. The FRC's zero to dangerous training gives very good straightforward, science-based tools that are very effective IF you follow through and totally commit to them. I had a great experience so far. But just be aware that there are a lot of information covered here and things you need to learn / pick up quickly, be ready to dedicate min 4-5 hours weekly to do the homework, implement practices.

Engaging coaches, real data driven content. It’s unexpectedly life changing but the cost barrier is very high for people outside the US

Terrible experience, no real teaching of “flow”. Standard and sub-par leadership course. Extremely expensive for getting really nothing out of it. I could get more out of a leadership book. Time and a lot of money I will never get back.

The way the Info is presented, the clarity of concepts and going at your own pace is great. Also all the bonus material in each subject is really helpful. I love the e-book because it helps to keep record of your own journey.

I finally gained career direction in life. Bad habits are decreasing. Course material was very well delivered. The instructors and cohort were inspiring. Very practical, no nonsense training for people serious about being the best they can be, so they can give the most they can give.
