Really enjoyed my Hyperbaric Chamber Therapy, really nice premises and friendly Doctor. Recommend!

I had a brilliant experience at Flow Well. The hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a wonderful way to support oxygen delivery and the body’s natural recovery, while the vasotherapy uses gentle compression to encourage circulation and leave you feeling lighter and more energised.

Together, it felt like a complete reset for my body and mind, deeply relaxing, restorative and uplifting. Ross was also so welcoming and knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel easy and personalised. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Flow Well for anyone wanting to support their wellbeing and feel their best.

This vasotherapy massage envelops the whole body to provide a unique touchless experience.

Whilst I enjoyed this touchless experience as it certainly helped with relaxation and potentially my bowel movements. It didn't have the same impact as a normal massage would have. As my mid-lower back pain was still there and I don't believe that it fully got into the pain points. I would like to state that the vasotherapy does have different levels of compression. So you could adjust to your requirements but I didn't want to be overly compressed as that was my preference.

Overall thoughts, try it if this is something that you would like to do. If seeking traditional massage, then skip and pay for a masseuse.

It was only my second session today but, after my first one last week, I was very impressed. I really wasn't expecting much and had never heard of Vasotherapy.
All I can say is that after session one I was amazed how much more movement I had in my neck (severe arthritis) and hardly any pain in my lower back (I walked in with sciatica).
Over the following days I felt so much lighter and I was walking with much improved posture. Oh, and I barely needed my prescription pain relief which was amazing.
I will see how I feel in the coming days but so far so good!

Amazing result, the pain in my knee disappeared immediately after 60mins on the vibration plate and vasotherapy. It really helped to reduce inflammation, that night I slept without waking up in pain. Will definatley return.

They are very welcoming and explained how each therapies worked. I was quite nervous, but they put me at ease. Another appointment as been booked for next week.

Rubbish experience

I had the HBOT & Vasotherapy & was the best thing I’ve ever experienced. I feel relaxed & rejuvenated all in one. Will definitely be back.

Great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff

I recently booked a 60-minute Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) session and a 30-minute Micro-circulation session at Flow Well in Stockport, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

As someone who had never tried either treatment before, I was naturally a little apprehensive. I'd read about the benefits of HBOT and was keen to see what it was like for myself. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. The gentlemen running the clinic were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the science behind both treatments, what I could expect, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

The clinic itself was spotless, calm, and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Both treatments were enjoyable, but the Micro-circulation session was the biggest surprise for me. I'd almost decided not to book it because I assumed it would just be 30 minutes lying on a vibrating bed. I couldn't have been more wrong! It was far more sophisticated than I expected, and afterwards I genuinely felt as though every muscle in my body had been gently massaged. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with a real sense of wellbeing.

The only slight downside was the parking. There is on-street parking available, but it required me to download an app to pay, which was a little inconvenient. I was also told there was free parking a little further away, but as I wasn't familiar with the area, I opted for the closer option. That said, it certainly wouldn't put me off returning.

Overall, this was an excellent first experience with both therapies, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flow Well to anyone who's curious about trying them. If you're considering booking, I'd definitely say go for it—you'll be in safe, knowledgeable hands.

I had an excellent massage and left feeling completely relaxed. Staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to understand the areas where I was experiencing tension. The pressure was just right, and they checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable.

Great clinic and Ross is extremely helpful.
The HBOT is very spacious and comfortable.

Very knowledgeable & helpful person who was there to welcome me & explain the treatments . The hyper baric oxygen therapy was great & I felt really relaxed through it . The vasotherapy I received afterwards was amazing , it was great having my circulation stimulated . I was very impressed and booked a course when I had finished .

Today I visited FlowWell, I travelled from Poynton so not that far at all, The experience was fantastic! The owner ( Sorry cant remember his name) was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the treatment. The treatment I received was amazing and I would recommend this to anyone looking to relieve muscle tension, soreness or just to get rid of those niggles that hinder our everyday life . First class experience. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly and advised what to expect.
I had travelled from Sale for the appointment and the directions were perfect.
This was the first time I had been for the vasotherapy treatment, but it certainly will not be the last.
