Great range of products and excellent Customer Service. I've ordered from Flyachilles several times and have always been very happy with my purchases.

Very quick service with something that I appreciated

Definitely classy and modern well priced design styles for ceiling fans and light fixtures. Website is well organized with large images of different available style colors and options. There are also numerous multiple item discounts when ordering 2 or more pieces of an item.

Web site hard to find item again. Ordered a white strip light but called customer service to cancel item and replace with a black motion sensor one ( no white). Representative gave me different information than what sales did. Took me 4 days to straighten out order. Now awaiting item

I ordered a fan on April 13, 2026. On the 29th of April, I called customer service to see why I had not received the item. The rep was totally unaware of why the shipment had not progressed. I had the receipt from the shop.
On the 08th of May, I registered a dispute with Amex.
Shortly thereafter, FA contacted me and said, I quote, "If you will cancel the dispute and remove your negative review, we will refund your money." Our bank will not let us do this unless you comply." I am reasonable and run a business, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Wrong choice; I have heard nothing from this company. So I have reinstated the dispute. This makes me furious; the original purchase was 6 to 8 days shipping. Consequently, I have ordered a new fan from a family-owned business out of Texas; it arrived in 4 days. Customer service is blind.

We ordered the brown and black landscape lights. They were quality built. The lights felt solid, heavy weight and well designed. They were packaged well with easy instructions and a barcode for customer service. They perform nicely with plenty of brightness and duration. When one light didn’t work, I scanned that barcode and customer service shipped me a completely new box the same day. It doesn’t get better than that.

I found the exact ceiling fan that i was looking for to compliment my living room -the matte black looks good with my black wood stove and decor. the reviews were excellent. i had to email customer service with a question and received an informative professional response in a reasonable amount of time. i didn’t realize that the fan shipped from overseas but other than the shipping time being a little bit longer its not a problem. i was not responsible for paying any extra import tariff fees -which was a concern of mine. The company paid the tariff. i would order from again.

Giving this company a try. Counting on quality product.

So far, so good. I haven’t received the product yet, so I’m only basing my rating on my experience so far. I’m wondering if you could give me a date when I would expect to receive my product? Thank you.

The chandelier was beautiful but it was too heavy for my canister. It did take a long time to put together including the installation process. There was some miscommunication with Flyachilles and after some emails, they agreed to refund me a portion of the sales price instead of a larger store credit they offered me (this was a one time project for me). The shipping after the order was placed was much longer than expected and I needed this much sooner as I am getting my home ready for sale. If you have time, it will be fine for you. I am seeking a refund as I cannot use the chandelier.

So far, so good. Site was easy to navigate and pictures of the product were high quality. I had also received an email for 5% discount as a new customer, but did not realize it until after I placed my order. I replied to the email to ask that the 5% discount be refunded to my card for this order. The company responded within 24 hours and the refund was applied. A great example of being customer focused.

Easy ordering. Description on the web site was accurate. Shipping updates were helpful.

The light was built like a tank! High quality. Lights up trees all across my backyard. Neighbors came over offering cocktails while the enjoyed the lights on the first night we plugged them in.

There was a variety of products to choose from and the ordering process was very simple.

I bought an outdoor lamp for my patio for $122. What came was an 8 ounce piece of plastic that would blow over with a breeze. Complete JUNK. A product that Spenser Gifts would sell. The company is a rip off!!!!!!!

The product is great. Wonderful designs. I bought two moon lights that are solar powered, and just bought two more that will be hard wired. Love these designs, and the company.
