We love the globe porch light we bought! It is beautiful and well made! We have not hung it yet because we are changing the siding on our home but it should be hung up soon and we can’t wait to see it hanging! We will buy from this company again!

I ordered a second light but used the wrong model number contacted Flyachilles customer service for a exchange, Cleudia was super helpful and made replacing light very easy thank you. Almost forgot the lighting effect on the rock bluff behind our home is incredible nothing but compliments, could not be happier.

The pole lights I ordered work very well and look very nice. Flyachilles provided excellent customer service. They quickly replaced one that was damaged in shipping and replaced another that I damaged during snow removal. I would definitely do more business with them in the future.

I bought a couple of items. A couple of lanterns and couple of the large landscape lights. They are so cool! The color is amazing. The light is heavy and goes out quite a distance. Very happy with my purchase.

I needed to replace some of the glass in their beautiful solar lanterns and reached out to Flyachilles customer service. They immediately got back to me and quickly expedited the replacement glass equested. I could not have been happier. All communication was personal, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend both their products and their customer service.

The 99 dollar light will not stay powered through one evening. Charge has to be daily and still grows dim same day. Disappointed

Great experience with this vendor. Thought I had an issue and I was replied to immediately and in the end, it turned out to be a non-issue as I thought I saw a scratch, but it turned out just to be residue that I could wipe off easily.

Definitely would buy again

BUYER BEWARE! FAKE! WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They prompted me to write a review after an easy ordering process. They will charge your card from a shell company in Hong Kong but you will never get your merchandise. Mine has been sitting in Melville New York for eight days and they use a fake AI chat bot on their website as their customer service. The merchant's phone number on the bank transaction is in Hong Kong. This is yet another scam website and all of these reviews here that are positive are prompted, fake, or artificially generated.

We found what we needed. Customer service response was quick and precise.

I haven’t received my lights yet but the web site had so many great options.i am replacing my old light over my island
