I read Consumer Report before I ordered a set of Adjustable Dumbbell. On Flybird 's website it listed $183.00 which is a good deal. Hoeverer When I received the item, my Flybird's order was swapped to an unnamed, cheaper product without Flybird logo that I can find it on Amazon for $53.00 cheaper. When I contacted Flybird it said it could compensate for the price difference with a discount on my next purchase on their site. It's horrible experience.
If I wanted a return I have to pay for shipping fee (for a 50+ lbs weight) and 10% restock fee.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. i ordered a weight bench with plates, I only received the plates. Customer service is nonexistent. Several emails and text messages along with calls have led me nowhere besides being out $800+. Save yourself the headache, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Non-existent customer service! I just need their address to complete a reimbursement form. I have sent several emails and Facebook messages, and I can't even get an answer to this question. So I don't recommend this company.

I purchased a set of weights and they never sent it. Rather than process a refund they offered a 10% discount. When asking for a refund they refuse and keep offering discounts. So I spent almost $200, no product, and no refund and that was 2 months ago.

Both assembly and customer service very poor. The only reason I have given it 2 is because it seems strong enough but we will see.

Assembly instructions unclear, too small print so close together that even blown up they are of no use. Additionally none of screws, nuts or washers are labeled to assist you.

The online chat is worthless if they
Have no one available they just have you send email address and they will get back to you when someone is available. Okay so three days later, really no word. Even if it is the president or CEO of the company the minimum would be to notify you of an expected turn around Time.

Don’t waste your money and time buy from a reputable fitness company who has been doing this long enough to give a rip about their customers.

The website is hard to navigate. The listing said weight bench, barbell and weight plates. Showed pictures of all of that. But further below you actually have to click around to see prices of different options for what actually getting. Everything needs to be separate. So I didn't get everything I assumed I had bought. No phone number so after email ignored I did a chat. Super nice at first and said he agreed website need overhaul. When I sent him a complaint from 2 years ago complaining of same thing he got rude and and called me dear. Said you can find bad reviews everywhere, he didn’t even work there then. Was offering me to buy the weight plates at super discount. But after way I was treated I was not giving them anymore money. He wanted to charge additional $420. And I said I’ll pay additional $200 because partly my fault. He would not. Got the weights at Dick’s Sporting goods with a bar for $299.
Will never purchase from them again!!

Giving my verdict after using my bench and dumbbells for some time.
The bench and dumbbells came in 2 separate packages. Delivery took about 5 days. Had heard good things about Flybird from my friend. Also, before actually buying them, I did my due amount of homework before actually purchasing: reviews, YouTube videos, etc.
To be honest, I didn't expect the weight bench to be so sturdy. It doesn't wobble at all. I mean I did expect it to be compact and easy to stow, which it is. It was very straightforward. No assembly needed. I stow it under my bed after using it. That's a big plus for me as I live in a small apartment.
Haven't had any issues with the dumbbells, either. I use them every day. There haven't been any problems with the plates or the nuts coming loose or anything like that.
Overall, I believe that this brand is trustworthy. Would definitely buy from them again.

Just like one of the other people that made a purchase I only received part of my order also being marked as shipment fullfiled. So far almost a week later several emails and text to (253) 733-1752 , only number I could find no response. I really would like to just get the complete order. If not going to go through my credit card company to get my money back somehow. Should have done more checking before I ordered. JUST AN UPDATE. they did split my order ans as of 8/28 notified the shipping of other half. Little worried but all good.

AWFUL Customer Service.

Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service. My order was split into two deliveries without me being told, when the first package arrived my order was marked as "fulfilled". I proceeded to text (because they dont have a number to call) and email customer service and received no response. Save your money, this company is a total scam.

I wish I had good things to say. Misreading the website led me to the wrong product. I refused the product unopened. To resolve the issue thru e-mail was difficult, with confusing responses from them. 14 days after they received, a partial refund was issued. Shipping charges may be OK, but shelving, handling and processing seem unreasonable. Don't make a mistake with these folks, or you will be sorry.

I bought a pair of 25lbs adjustable dumbbells from Flybird, but the package arrived broken. Fortunately, they quickly arrange a new package for me, now I have used my dummbells about 1 month, they're great!
