My only complaints are that it took so long from the time I ordered to the time i received it. Appx 2 weeks. Also that It required a signature for delivery for an inexpensive order.

Honestly, it was a great experience
Honestly it was a great experience, I bought a wing and it shipped from the UK to the US in 5 days. The wing came in great condition for what it was listed for. The lines were not tangled and the paraglider ready for use right when it arrived.

Quick reply via email from Nancy when I couldn't figure out how to track Royal Mail all the way through the handoff in the USA to USPS. AFAIK the only way to buy Hanwag Sky GTX paragliding boots in the USA now that Hanwag USA quit selling them.

I ordered spare handles for my Gin…
I ordered spare handles for my Gin orange reserve container. I received help through the online function in selecting the correct handle. The help provided guided my to the correct handle. The only less than perfect aspect of my experience I the handles were shipped one at a time. I live in the US and use a parcel forwarding service, incurring two international shipping costs.

Sorry about that Wilson, we hadn't recognised you were using a forwarding company so shipped things as we would to a UK address. We sent one reserve handle straight away as in most cases pilots ordering a reserve handle have thrown it and don't have one, so can't fly! We had to order the second handle in, so as soon as it arrived we posted it out.
The good news is we ship to USA now, so you just need to put in your USA address online and not use a forwarding company! We'll always try to combine orders to reduce post costs.
