Through the past six years I have had regular contact with Fly Business For Less. It all began as "business" - I needed flights! Andrew has been the agent. Through these years it has become much more than "business". Andrew has given full attention to my needs with the "complexity" of dates, times, itinerary. His attention to detail, and his patience are greatly appreciated. I cannot speak too highly of Andrew's expertise, interest, and concern, which have resulted in a number of sometimes complex journeys he has arranged for me. My next journey with FBFL is in June and July, 2024.

Used Fly Business for Less on several occasions prior COVID pandemic and twice in 2023. The process is straight forward and easy, usually agents contact you within a day or two. Fly Business for Less can arrange flights and hotels for stopovers or your destination, your preferences (airlines, food on your flights, seats preferences, hotel chains) and budget are taken into account. If you need support through your journey it can be arranged by Fly Business for Less team. You get all traditional support and service you expect from a travel agency, personally did not use a traditional one since I was recommended Fly Business for Less. With tickets from Fly Business for Less you can access airport lounges and priority services. Some airlines introduced restricted Business class fares, limiting access to nicer airport lounges. With Fly Business for Less ticket i was able to rest in the nicest lounges in Doha airport, Al Mourjan Business Lounge and Al Mourjan, the Garden Lounge. It made my travel experience more elevated and comfortable. It does not matter when you have a short layover, however, for longer layovers the comfort, facilities and services of lounges could be as important as flat beds on long haul flights.
Tim P. took a really good care of my flights and hotels for layovers. His communication was professional and prompt despite the huge time difference, and it really helped to have my questions answered so quickly. The fares offered were fair and much more affordable than what you can get from a traditional travel agency or airlines directly. Highly recommend!

Please be very careful with this company. They took my money and never issued the ticket. Now they say its pending if they can issue the ticket or not. Also there is no refund. Please be very careful. Better to book with more trusted travel agents or with the airline directly

We have been using "Fly Business for Less" for at least 12 years, with a considerable gap since 2019, due to Covid.
Having finally decided to resume overseas travel this year, we again contacted "Fly Business for Less"to ensure that we got the best price and service.
After 5 years of not flying overseas we again were more than pleasantly surprised at their ongoing level of service and responsiveness to our requests.
The agent that we dealt with previously is probably no longer with them, or has moved into a senior role, however Tim provided the level of service which we have become accustomed to.
They can appear a little "pushy"at times but perseverance provides great results.
If you can afford to fly First Class, you are probably not reading this and if you are and want to travel business class, you should check out "Fly Business for Less".

A week later after paying for our flights, I followed up, realising that I had never received any tickets.

This is the reply I got: "it seems that it did not work out to book the ticket with miles. We could not complete it."

I had to follow up myself to get this message. In the meantime, prices have skyrocketed on the airline's website.

Very unprofessional behaviour.

I would not recommend this company to others.

Great unbeatable business class fares that you dont find elsewhere. I like the costumer support. I had a specific request about seat and they responded promptly. I wont pay full price for buisness when I can fly for less.
