FAKE SCAM SITE. Glad I used PayPal or I'd be out 74 bucks

I ordered a Yoshiwara Kagura's wig on FM Anime.
On their page it is written that orders take approximately 30 business days to arrive at their destination. But it took around 60 days - ! - to receive my ordered item. That caused in not being able to wear the wig as I wanted to do on that certain event. Frustrating.
At least they answered my mails very quickly BUT didn't react on my demands on a refund.
Meanwhile the item is in my hands but not even exactly as described. It is okay, wearable - but there is a clearly seen mistake in the processing of the wig.

You may give it a try to order there since the quality in general isn't that inadequate. At least if you have no other choice like in my case. But bug them until you get your money back - maybe via PayPal - if something seems to go about wrong.

La merce arriva ma i tempi di attesa sono lunghissimi.
Innanzitutto, ho ordinato una parrucca quindi non ne ho idea di come siano i cosplay.
Ho effettuato l'ordine il 28 febbraio e l'ho ricevuto il 23 giugno. Quasi tutto questo tempo è servito per realizzarla la parrucca, perché sul sito era disponibile ma dopo un paio di email in cui chiedevo aggiornamenti, mi dicono che siccome era esaurita, ci sarebbe voluto un po' più di tempo per farla. Tutte le volte che mi rispondevano "mancano ancora 20 giorni" si trasformava in un mese e mezzo di tempo; "un paio di giorni" in una settimana e così via.
A me hanno risposto a ogni email, non subito ma sempre.
La spedizione almeno è veloce, è arrivata in Italia in una sola settimana e non ho dovuto pagare la dogana (ripeto, il pacco conteneva solo una parrucca!).
I prezzi a mio parere sono piuttosto elevati anche senza contare le spese di spedizioni, aggiungendo anche queste, diventano decisamente troppo costosi considerata l'attesa!
La qualità è buona, ma sempre rispetto al prezzo mi aspettavo di più: il colore è perfetto 10/10, la parrucca è morbida e abbastanza folta di contro, appena indossata ha già perso troppi capelli e lo stile era leggermente diverso dall'immagine; tutto sommato non è un problema ma per certi prezzi mi aspetto come minimo delle foto veritiere al 99%.
Verso fine febbraio di solito fanno degli sconti.
Dai tre articoli in su la spedizione dovrebbe essere scontata.
Se mai deciderò di comprare qualcos'altro da questo sito, sarà una parrucca che non riesco a trovare da nessun'altra parte e ovviamente per una fiera che non ho programmato a breve.

ive ordered an cosplay and ancoat for it ..... ive got it after 2 months .... but the cosplay itself had an wrong size ... so ive sended the cosplay without additional jacket back... ive told even if its my failure, because ive sended wrong sizes i will pay extra...... but now passed 5 months and their last reply was on december ...

on tracking i saw it didnt recived directly and they picked up from post station .... a few days later they told me they need to find my package ...., the upper message.... and since this i got no reply anymore.... at least ive got that coat... the cosplay itself i will order somewhere else, but

They told me later they will make it again with sure need extra remake costs and transport, they told me to send the new sizes and on the reply to the new sizes they told me abruptly

please place orders via our page and pay via paypal, even thought they told me an mail earlier i should send the sizes and they will remake.

..well acctually ive got one item and payed for two..

I ordered a pair of costumes months in advance of when I needed it but as the date came closer and closer I emailed the company again and again. They didn't reply for weeks! Finally the week before I needed my cosplay they responded that they hadn't even finished both of them! Though they promised the outfits would come in time they arrived literally the day AFTER I needed them. Though the quality is nice it's hardly worth it if you don't get your costume in a reasonable time and ONLY if you pester them will they even send them!

I ordered a costume from FM-anime, and despite it being two months late, I was patient and understanding the whole way though.
However despite me giving them my measurements, the costume arrived way too big. When I wrote and explained what was wrong, I got a few answers back, and then they stopped answering completely. Unfortunately I ordered a custom sizing, so Paypal wasn't able to cover me.
I've tried to reach them since then, and they just delete my comnts on their facebook page, and ignores my emails.
Extremely bad service, and I can tell others have had the same experience. Please do NOT waste your money on them.
