I ordered more than two weeks out and the order has not even shipped yet (day after it was supposed to arrive). No communication from company. I just want a stupid hat for a Halloween costume and now it's going to be too late to order elsewhere.Update: They have reached out to me to offer a refund. I offered to pay for expedited shipping. They gave no explanation or response. I'll update this/score if I get a refund
Update2: they ended up sending the hat (arrived after halloween) AND refunding. Only raising one star as IF THEY HAD TRIED TO COMMUNICATE AT ALL I would have told them not to make/send the hat (which I'm going to try to donate...)

I was so excited to find this hat, since I own my own embroidery business, for a party on July 27, 2023 in Texas. So disappointed in the quality and color. Looks like I received the end of the spool and you ran out of thread and black foam. The item I received, looks nothing like what was advertised. The party is in less than two weeks

I ordered a custom hat in January and it's May. I still don't have it. I did pay for it in January. Enough said.

Still waiting on a response from my email. Ordered a hat for my daughters 21st birthday on 3/5 and stated that it was to be delivered by 3/28. It did not arrive until 4/1 Completely missed my daughters 21st birthday!! Why ask when it is needed if you don’t fulfill the order in time. No response as of day 4/5/23.

the hat was not delivered by the date requested, the numbers on the hat, one side was fastened, the other was not, they suggested i buy glue and re-fasten the number, very poor customer service, will not buy again, but hey they did offer a discount on a futer order, lol

Over 2 weeks and it still hasn’t arrived. Missed my moms birthday. Terrible service. Maybe they only give a damn about big orders

Liars!!! They promised customer service .. foam hats does not honor what they promise.. Their phone number is not even in service.. they promised I could get my money back if not happy. They lied!..It has been almost 3 weeks.. no communication from company call better business scam company

We ordered the Dallas Cowboys foamhat. We took our 10 yr old son to his very 1st NFL game and he loved the hat. Everyone at the game loved it. He has worn it at home while he watches the Cowboys play on TV. 😂🤣😂

The company was easy to work with, the hats arrived before we needed them and they pop up nicely. They stand up straight and not floppy and were a hit! I was looking for fun and laughter and it worked!

I just have to say I am super disappointed in the customer service and failure to deliver on the owners word. I reached out way in advance for a custom order that I was told they could do. Then I follow the owners direction on when to place the order and a week before I need the order, owner tells me sorry can’t take custom orders we are too busy.

I was excited to help a small business and was treated like I didn’t matter and with no integrity. I was even willing to and agreed to a $250 fee for a custom order. I guess I learned a valuable lesson. Trust and respect don’t matter these days with Foam Party Hats company.

I needed their products for a fundraiser and they were able to ship them in time for our event. The hats were a hit!

Customer service was great! I ordered a shrimp hat, but forgot to add that I wanted it to be slightly customized to have a little crown. I emailed them and got a response within 10 minutes, saying they would add the customization to my order. The hat looks amazing too!

I LOVE my Birthday hat! Afterall, a person only turns "70" once! My hat fits well and is adorable...great craftsmanship too.

My birthday is next week, on July 28th so I will be posting to my story on Instagram and will tag you.😍

Had a problem with my shipping address and they emailed me back in minutes with a solution! Wonderful customer service.

Thank you for pulling our party hats together on short notice. Everyone at the wedding reception said the party didn’t start until your hat or passed out. We can’t wait to get the photos. They were a huge hit!
