High quality dress that was true to size

I loved how detailed the description was and the dress turned out to be exactly what was described and the pictures of the dress were exactly what I recieved. It was packaged very well and came within a week of ordering. The dress was stunning on me and fit true to size.

Why would I make a SECOND purchase (to make use of $20 'goodwill' credit) from a company who can't accurately represent their products or stand behind them?????

The item I received did not look like the colour reflected on the website. I paid in US funds, which I wasn't even aware of when I checked out, AND I paid duty on top of the exchange rate. My $70 purse cost me $161, and I didn't even like it since it was clearly very BEIGE, not OFF WHITE as pictured. When I approached Rosa Apparel explaining my disappointment, all they offered was $20 credit towards ANOTHER purchase. Thanks for nothing.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your purchase and want to clarify a few points:

For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping costs and return shipping. Returning the item would have been inconvenient and costly, and you would have also lost the duty and taxes already paid.

The item shipped was the Almond color, matching the selection made at checkout. Product images are intended to represent the shade accurately, though monitor settings may slightly affect perception.

We offered a $20 store credit as a goodwill gesture to let you keep the product, even though this was a loss for us, because our goal was to ensure a positive experience.

We maintained consistent communication throughout the shipping process, and no issues were raised until approximately a month after delivery.

Our aim is always to provide accurate product representation and helpful customer service. The credit was offered to resolve the situation fairly and allow you to enjoy the product.
