Game changer
Focul has changed my life… I was sceptical that it was just another Instagram sponsor but the guy in the advert described my symptoms to a T.
I used to be up in the night in agony with no rhyme or reason to what I was eating or drinking. After keeping a diary there seemed to be no pattern to when I would get the pain.
I saw the advert and decided to give it a go. That was 10 weeks ago and my life has changed. I can eat food when I want and enjoy it and I don’t wake up in pain anymore.long may it continue 👌

Love this small company
Love this small company. Despite suffering with supply/stock issues last month, they kept me advised and delivery was made promptly as soon as the issues were resolved.
Focul Gut and Mind is just a brilliant product. It’s the only thing that has helped my stomach issues. Been on omeprazole for years and have successfully weaned myself off, not taken it now for over 2 months thanks to this supplement. Not saying it’s a cure but it’s certainly done more than anything else I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot!

It’s hard to explain, I e been taking Focul for 3 weeks now & my stomach/gut does feel more free, bearing in mind that I’ve been on prescription tablets for at least 10yrs which hopefully I can gradually come off? Definitely looking forward to the journey!

Positive changes are happening
Great flavour easy to make .the chronic reflux and heartburn I experienced has calmed considerably. I am on my second month for me the difference is that I am not having broken sleep and not dreading eating like I was.being consistent is the key for me . Am hoping that by the third month that my unease has completely gone

I was diagnosed with stomach ulcers and having a lot of gut problems so decided to try FOCUL.
I am so glad I did as I feel like a different person.In as little as a week I have no pain or discomfort and my bowels are back to normal.
I recently had another endoscopy and my ulcers have healed!
Also my mental health has improved significantly and I no longer feel depressed,anxious or stressed.
I wholeheartedly recommend this product.It works wonders.

Poor customer service
Just read some of the reviews and I had the same three weeks I waited and still nothing I emailed them and got the same response sorry we have issues with delivery and it should take 3 to 5 workings day to come still nothing end the end I cancelled it thought PayPal got my money back. However funny thing got email off them that my new delivery was on it way. So wrong how I was treated just wanted something to help with my health but never again

As discussed with our team, at the time of your purchase you placed a pre-order, which was highlighted on our website and communicated via email. Had we known you no longer wished to wait, we would have been more than happy to cancel the order immediately - but this wasn’t raised with us before the PayPal dispute. As soon as we received the notification from PayPal, we cancelled your order and processed the refund right away.
The additional email you received afterwards was simply an automated reminder for an upcoming subscription billing, as your original order was placed on a subscription plan. Once you let us know you didn’t want the subscription, we cancelled it immediately, and you now have no active subscription with us.
We completely understand your frustration, but we don’t feel this review fairly reflects the service provided. We responded quickly, communicated openly, and resolved everything as soon as we were informed of your request. It also feels a little unfair that the review has been posted several weeks after everything was resolved - especially now that our operations are fully back to normal with our standard 1–3 day delivery times.
We genuinely wish you the best with your health moving forward, and if you ever need anything in the future, we’re here to help.

Update my refund has been processed, I am disappointed thou as I really would have liked to try this produc esp as it’s a British company but it seems they are struggling with supply issues and perhaps are more popular than they thought. At some point in the future I may try again if hopefully they manage to resolve their supply and demand issues.
So i ordered fri 31st and have just seen comments abt orders not received, so I’ve emailed and had a response stating they are working thru pre orders and have supplier issues but they have said if I don’t won’t to wait then I can have a refund which I have gone ahead and requested. The ads for this product are all over social media and if you are having issues then you shouldn’t be taking payment from people.

I placed my order a week ago and since then heard nothing other than the order confirmation telling me I would be notified once my product has been dispatched. I have emailed them twice asking for an update. Eventually got a reply apologising for the lack of clarity and told there is a problem with 'third party partners' which they hope to resolve soon. Still no idea when my product will be dispatched.

Helps while trying to taper off PPI’s
I feel this is making a difference with my gerd issues. Also helped with bloating due to reflux. Trying to taper off ppi so having this after breakfast seems to be helping me. Love that it has natural ingredients that helps the gut lining.
