There was an IT problem which delayed our report. However, the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and efficient, which more than made up for the delay. Would use this company again.

Very happy customer
They were great. Offered to price match other quotes on every service I needed, and made it all happen quickly. Also made sure to help make life easy when it came to uploading relevant information. Will went the extra mile and offered to help with the building regs process beyond the scope of the services I paid for.

I have looked at the timeline of events and we were instructed on the 9/12/25 with our request for pre-payment and our pre -commencement checklist being sent out the same day.
Payment was completed promptly, but the pre-commencement checklist was not completed until 06/01/2026. after which point we had what we needed to commence work.
I then followed up to your email to raise a concern with the LPAs required Proforma as it has stated Part O (overheating is required) you declined our offer to quote for this to bolster the application on the 14/01/2026. We then completed the report on the 21/01/2026.
We recognised that our turn around after the 06/01/2026 was slightly delayed and we apologise as we have has an uncharacteristically busy January. Should you wish to make use of our services again we will of course endeavour to improve on your recent experience but we would as that our checklist is returned promptly to avoid any delays.

Zero communication
Spoke to a nice gentleman and all started really well. got a quote and thought about it for a week. paid and heard zero. called many times asking for a call back and never got one. Was told system is automated and should of had emails. after over a week a gentleman called me and we arranged a call to go through the report. I was never called back. Such poor communication. report is missing information on things to improve.
Update 11/11/2025: William called and provided some answers, So I will improve my rating because I am now getting somewhere. But I cannot give top rating as its still a little concerning how hard it is to reach anyone. William handled the call very well and is going to double check the rating information. King regards,

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry that I wasn’t able to make our original call at 6:30pm — this was an out-of-hours time arranged to suit your schedule, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be left waiting. The call has since been rebooked, and we’ve now discussed your report together.
I’d also like to clarify that the report does include an improvements section. As your property achieved a strong B rating, there are only limited ways to improve further — in this case, the only significant upgrade available would be the addition of solar panels. A few very minor adjustments have been noted and will be updated in your report.

All very straightforward
From the initial quote, through uploading of info, to receiving the report was very simple. The calcs started within a few days of paying the invoice, and was complete in about a week. Would definitely use Focus 360 again, no hesitation
