Frustrada con final feliz pero aún por ver la resolución luego del vuelo..

Quiero compartir mi experiencia con la agencia FoggyFly, ya que fue bastante estresante y con aspectos tanto negativos como uno positivo al final.

Inicialmente, encontré una oferta muy atractiva para un vuelo directo de Madrid a Miami. Sin embargo, el tiempo para completar la reserva era extremadamente limitado, lo que no me permitió leer con calma las restricciones. Mientras estaba en el proceso, también estuve al teléfono con uno de sus representantes, y sinceramente sentí mucha presión y apuro para aprovechar la supuesta “increíble oferta”, especialmente porque por teléfono me indicaban precios mucho más altos.

Finalmente accedí y realicé la reserva en línea. Para mi sorpresa, al llamar posteriormente para aclarar detalles, descubrí que el boleto no incluía absolutamente ningún equipaje. De 4 pasajeros solo volarían dos el día deseado y los otros sin confirmar aún. Intenté cancelar la reserva apenas una hora después, pero el proceso fue muy complicado. El personal fue bastante insistente (“pushy”) y poco colaborativo. La situación me generó mucho estrés —tuve que comunicarme con mi banco y con la aerolínea durante varias horas, incluso en medio de mucha frustración y ansiedad, sin lograr una solución inmediata.

Horas más tarde, fui contactada por Iván Cruz, uno de los supervisores de la agencia. Él sí logró ayudarme y encontró una alternativa para que mi familia pudiera viajar junta, aunque con escala en Boston. No era lo que inicialmente buscábamos (ya que queríamos un vuelo directo), pero al menos evitó que perdiéramos el monto total que ya había sido cargado a mi tarjeta.

En resumen, mi experiencia fue muy tensa y con falta de transparencia en el proceso de compra, especialmente en cuanto a las condiciones del boleto. Agradezco la ayuda final del supervisor, pero recomiendo a futuros clientes que lean cuidadosamente todas las restricciones y tengan precaución ante la presión durante la compra.

Definitely a scam. The price they give you on the website is NOT what you will pay. No matter what they say. Just got off the phone and they up charged us $450!!!!!! Do NOT do it.

I would not recommend using any site where you have to go through this company. Save yourself the time, headaches, multiple calls, bait and switch, attitude of customer reps and late night calls. Go through the main airline carrier sites or something...ANYTHING else.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. I purchased a flight through them from Richmond, Virginia to college Station, Texas. I had not received an email confirmation from them for several hours so I called them. They said that flight was not available and they were going to reroute my flight to Houston Texas. I told them that would not work with my travel plans. I told them to cancel the trip and they said if I cancel, I would still be charged for the cost of the flight. They also said that the rerouted flight would be the same grate rate, however, I could actually get the cost of that flight for over $100 less then what they would charge. I told their representative, Authur, to cancel and not charge my card. He became belligerent and said it had already been charged. I immediately called my credit card company and thankfully, the charge had not gone through yet. I had to cancel my credit card and be re-issued a new one because I was concerned that they would charge me like they said they would. This cost me a lot of trouble and I don’t appreciate their bait and switch tactics.

Easy booking

Good Customer Service Exists!
