I bought a Minecraft server with this host because on of my friends was using it when I bought it and started the first day of the smp server lagged until the 3rd day I realized there was a plugin destroying my server after that server ran like smooth butter being melt in a pan to be honest this is probably THE best server hosting it’s really smooth and no bugs from the server side just external plugins added held up to 25 players with 8gb of ram smooth like butter

Very very good staff team ive made 2 tickets in total 1 today one yesterday everything they do is so perfect and they help you very good!

I had a disappointing experience with Folium Hosting.

I purchased a Minecraft server but shortly after my Minecraft account was hacked, which meant I couldn't access or use the server at all. I contacted support explaining the situation and politely requested a refund.

They refused the refund due to their Terms of Service. I then asked if it would be possible to pause the service until I recovered my account, but that request was also denied.

The only option offered was to cancel the service with no refund or credit.

While the support responded, the lack of flexibility or alternative solutions for unexpected situations was frustrating. I would recommend reading their refund policy very carefully before purchasing.

I have a very low package at Folium Hosting. Their total revenue from me amounts to a STAGGERING $10 a month. In spite of this, they have always made me a priority when I open a support ticket, some of their staff seem to really have a passion for this and outright went out of their way to try and help me with things that rightfully was not their responsibility, and they have almost bent over backwards to meet me in the middle to help me out and offer services they did not have to.

Are their servers better than the competition? I have absolutely no idea, but their customer service goes above and beyond, and the servers are fine from what I can tell.

I had a small issue on "HostFusion" (also known as XentraNetwork), and they kept insisting it wasn’t a hosting issue but it actually was. I fully migrated to Folium Hosting, and my problem was solved on the first try. Thank God there’s a host like this they saved me and my 170+ Discord members. ❤️

a 10gb ram server somehow held 70 members on 20 tps... i don't know how they made this host this good.

One of the best services I’ve used in a while, amazing support, amazing and cheap servers, can run modpacks insanely well, I use them for videos and SMPs all the time!
