Solar Hosting 10/10 Experience!!!
I’ve been using Solar Hosting for quite a while now, and even though I may be not the most intelligent person out there, they help me with anything and everything i need help with!
I always get immediate support (within 2-3 hours), and the support always helps. Even though they are a host for many different things, they have so much knowledge in everything!
I highly suggest using them as they have good systems, fast support, are always pro active with prices and services, 24/7 uptime, and best of all they are super friendly with everyone!

Unreliable
I signed up for a lifetime server in February. Unfortunately, mere months later, the site was taken over by new ownership who - without warning or notification - revoked my server with no offer of a refund.
When I contacted about the new owners they were extremely unhelpful and just kept saying they weren't going to do anything because they were new owners. I did try to tell them that's not really how the law works and that my purchase would be protected whether they helped or not but they didn't seem to care.
Thankfully I'm hoping to be able to get a refund by disputing the payment via my bank, but it's a shame that it came to that. Would recommend going with a more reliable service in future. 👍
EDIT: For the record, I absolutely never attacked anyone in DMs as they're claiming in the reply. I politely asked why my lifetime server was revoked and replaced with one of their tiny ones (which they seem to be arguing doesn't count as it being revoked, ha) and when they basically told me to get lost I said that what they were doing wasn't legal. Thankfully I did get a refund from my bank in the end via fraud protection but shame it had to come to that. As I say, would highly recommend avoiding these guys. 🙏

The following is from our Terms of Service, which all users must agree to:
"9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SolarHosting regarding your use of our services."
Section 1.1 states that "SolarHosting reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any updates."
These Terms have not been updated since June, prior to our ownership change. No servers were revoked; resources were modified. You removed your files and left. We had to suspend your account after you attacked our staff via DMs.
Your continued attacks on our Co-Owner are unwarranted. The PayPal dispute you initiated was against the previous owner, Odd. He won the dispute by pointing out that due to the ownership change and the fact that over 30 days had passed since your purchase, we are no longer obligated to fulfill any previous agreements, including lifetime server offers.
As a result of this ownership change, we do not offer lifetime servers anymore. We have established a new PayPal account and are effectively serving over 40 clients with monthly and quarterly payments. Any claims against us are baseless.
Edit (in response to the edit): To address your claims: If the previous owner's actions were illegal, PayPal would not have dismissed the case you filed. You attacked us in direct messages, claiming it was the new owners' problem and calling our actions illegal.
As the new owners, we do not have access to the funds related to the previous owner’s PayPal account. It's absurd to blame us for something we had no control over. Even PayPal sided with the previous owner and dismissed your dispute.
We didn’t create the Terms of Service you agreed to, and we do not offer lifetime servers. Your claims are unfounded.

Underrated Hosting Service
This company is awesome. I started hosting my website with SolarHosting.cc some time ago and I am very satisfied. Customer support works 24/7 and they are very quick and efficient. They really go the extra mile to get your problem fixed.
In terms of performance this company is great. My website loads much faster than before and it has had 0 downtime since I switched. The control panel is easy to use and very convenient, even for people with little or no technical knowledge like myself.
The prices are amazing and the features included with the hosting are abundant. The security and backup features are great and ensure that you will never have to worry about your data.
In conclusion, SolarHosting.cc is very reliable, fast, trustworthy, efficient and they have excellent support. 10/10 would recommend this company to a friend!

I love solarhosting!
This free/paid hosting service really made my work 10 times easier! I had a hard time hosting my discord bot, after 5 days of searching a way to get it online 24/7, I found out about SolarHosting. Now I use it with deep appreciation! I love it and I can't stop using it... I would really recommend using this instead of paying a lot.

Bad hosting service.
The host suspended my account just because I had a username similar to someone else's, this is ridiculous, it's a terrible way to investigate, and they didn't even let me defend myself. Furthermore, it suffers from instability several times a week and the support is terrible, I had given 4 stars before, but after these incidents, I am changing my rating to 1 star.

Edit: This reviewer never reached out to us via e-mail in the 6 months or responded to our request for more information. We were able to find them using their TrustPilot username which matched it in our free user control panel and we were able to conclude that this user was suspended not because the other alt account he had, had a similar username but because both of them were using the same IP to login which confirms this as a valid suspension and he never reached out to us so how did he know that he was suspended for similar username? This shows the user knew they had an alt and knew the alt's username was similar to theirs.
