Ordered a dress and the dress that arrived looked nothing like the picture. Have sent 3 emails to the email address specified for a refund, with no response. I have contacted them on Instagram, and tried to the call the phone number, but receive a ‘this call cannot be connected message’. Would avoid this shop.

Should be zero stars. Placed an order online for a dress for approx £54. I did not receive any confirmation email so chased the company for a response. I was then advised that this item is not in stock, I was given the option to pick another item. I advised that I wanted a full refund as nothing else suitable. I received a further email saying not to cancel order and pick another item?
Total scam, each email comes from a different company address. Dress is still showing as in stock now. Site reuses other brand images of clothing and advertises at half price.
Avoid.

Avoid!!! This is a dodgy Chinese company which has rebranded due to numerous bad reviews. Previously called Celeste London.

I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3 months and they have now stopped responding to my emails. They are polite at the start but say the same things such as “they’ll look into it” over and over without any progress being made. A very very poor experience and I urge people not to make any purchases through this company.

Additionally, the quality of the item I received was very poor: countless threads handing loose, material was transparent and a different colour to what was shown online. The price of items (I paid £54 for a dress) does not match the quality.
