During my holiday in Ireland, I bought a UK plug here, but unfortunately, it didn’t work at my accommodation. I went back to the shop and asked if I could exchange the plug for a power bank and pay the difference.

The retailer was incredibly understanding and agreed right away. To top it off, they even gave me a discount on the price difference! This is exactly what excellent customer service should look like.

The battery was not as expected, it said in the description 100% battery health! Other then that it’s great but battery is more like 80%

This is my second phone I’ve bought from Fonez, and I would highly recommend them. The phone arrived faster than expected, and I opted for a new battery, so it’s at 100% capacity—which is excellent for a second-hand iPhone. Very happy with my purchase. The phone is in excellent condition, and a lot of people have told me that it looks like a brand new phone!
