I would highly recommend Kitchenology; their staff have been amazing. James, Jake (Fitters) and Mike (in the shop) have been amazing. We moved in and needed to get white goods. Mike in the shop was really helpful, listened to our needs and helped us select a Fridge/freezer and Washer/Dyer that matched what we needed. James and Jake came to deliver and fit the washing machine. The fitting was more complex than I thought, but they explained what was needed and got on a fitted it to. I couldn't be happier with the experience Kitchenology provided and will be using them again in the future.

Delivered when they said they would. Friendly efficient team who removed the old gas cooker and installed the electric hob and ovens quickly . No mess.

Excellent experience from order to installation. I ordered a new washing machine in the Penarth shop on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered and installed within 48 hours. Fuss free and a highly professional service.

Service was excellent from our first visit to their showroom to delivery. Staff were without exception friendly, polite and efficient. Delivery team provided excellent service and we felt we had good value for money.

Buying locally as much as possible and that’s what I did with buying a new TV because at least if there is a problem I can just pop into the shop and explain what has gone wrong rather than go through a call centre to explain what has gone wrong.
