Great course. Easy to understand, opened my eyes to a lot of dangerous I was nit aware of when eating in public places. Very informative. Would recomend it to everyone even if they are not interested in going into food handling. Thank you.

I am rating my experience a 4 star. Only because I could have finished the course a little faster, reading and not having to hear a slow robotic voice. Other than that, it was a very informative course. I learned many new things.

Everything is informative and understandable. If some terms or words were unfamiliar, the computer translator coped with this task. The exam at the end of each topic helped to set the final exam in literally 10-15 minutes. The only thing I would like is that in the final they would show what result I got on the final test.

The modules and material was easy to understand and very informative! I appreciated the quizzes at the end of each module to prep for the final! I studied and made notes for the final evaluation so it would have been great if we could access our grade and the time it took to complete as I am a bit competitive! I will also never eat at a buffet without going through the safe food checklist in my mind!

This course was easy to understand and informative! The modules were easy to navigate and the final test was straight forward.

My only complaint is I wish you could speed the voice up a bit!

Great course, easy to navigate and complete in your own time. Lots of excellent knowledge. I liked the quizzes at the end of each unit, as they for sure prepared you for the final exam. I just wish we were told our score 😀

Easy to follow instructions and great way to get your certificates

I loved the course. It was a great learning experience. I enjoyed the quiz they gave you at the end of a module and the ability to retry as much as you needed. I highly recommend this course for anyone needing a food handlers certification.

The slides were engaging and the voice-overs were clear. I appreciated the little quizzes sprinkled throughout to stop boredom. I personally skimmed the provided slide notes after to ensure I didn't miss anything. I would have appreciated a final mark at the end instead of just "passed". It took me a full 8 hours to go through the material. And I appreciate that we have access to additional charts/resources after the course is complete. Would recommend to anyone who needs this and can't get to an in-person class.

At first i thought it was strange to get 100% on all the quizzes in order to move on to the next, but i come to appreciate that method of learning when it comes time to write the exam, i was confident and finishes it in no time.

The only thing i miss was not knowing my score on the final exam, I studied hard and did pass but i was a bit disappointed when no score showed up after i completed the exam. For a piece of mind and ego it would be nice for me to know how high i score or was it just a pass marked

In the end am overall satisfied with the course I learned alot.

The lessons were clear and well presented.
I liked how there was a quiz at the end of each module and to be able to and to have to re-do the quiz in order to learn the part that you did not answer correctly the first time.
I also liked how there were illustrations as well.
The information covered was very useful and comprehensive.
It was useful that the notes were downloadable so that when reviewing information prior to taking the exam you could refresh your memory with the notes rather than having to listen through each of the videos over again.
The exam was well executed with integrity.
The only glitch was when trying to upload the photo of my identification it took numerous tries since their camera couldn't read my id properly initially. But finally it worked and the system tells you the id was accepted then.
So, very good course. I would recommend this course provider.

I appreciated that each lesson had a download for the information presented in the video. For me, my preferred learning method is reading. It would of been nice to get a final mark instead of "congratulations"

Superb Experience
It’s very easy to navigate. The tests at the end of each lesson really help you to retain information, and the exam is simple as long as you paid attention. Definitely glad I took this course instead of any other one
