The lessons were clear and well presented.
I liked how there was a quiz at the end of each module and to be able to and to have to re-do the quiz in order to learn the part that you did not answer correctly the first time.
I also liked how there were illustrations as well.
The information covered was very useful and comprehensive.
It was useful that the notes were downloadable so that when reviewing information prior to taking the exam you could refresh your memory with the notes rather than having to listen through each of the videos over again.
The exam was well executed with integrity.
The only glitch was when trying to upload the photo of my identification it took numerous tries since their camera couldn't read my id properly initially. But finally it worked and the system tells you the id was accepted then.
So, very good course. I would recommend this course provider.

Easy to understand and get done when you have a timeline to complete it.

One of the experiences I've had learning form here was that it was simple and easy, I didn't have to stress about managing my time. I all that is needed to complete this is the willingness to learn. It was a wonderful experience.

I enjoyed doing this course as it does not allow you to move on to the next level until you have a perfect score. This prepares you for the final exam as those answers are fresh in your mind. The cost was affordable and the material can be easily understood, not at all complex. I also like that you have access to resources to guide you in your food business.

The methodology adopted in teaching is too notch and well explanatory. There are instances when the instructor used very detailed illustrations to in teaching. I really learnt alot for taking the course and I have no regret doing so.

The courses were easy to understand, with clear instructions that was easy to navigate. Time given to study was adequate.

The course material is easy to learn, and the mid-lesson quick quizzes are a great way to keep that information in your heard for the end of lesson quiz.
The final exam covers all lessons and was easy to navigate for success.
I'll add that the fee is very affordable, and I'm so glad I took this course to enhance my skills and qualifications for my future career.

My overall experience taken food handling certification from the institute was extremely helpful and excellent, very educative and refreshing 😀

If have taken food handlers courses almost all my adult life (going to be 50 this year), first time online, found program very user friendly, i have cooked for 18 years in a restaurant, half that time as a sous chef / management level, and felt this course covered everything needed,

small hick up with the volume, but that tech lol, and had to request my final score but received quickly by email after my request and great customer service.

It’s very easy to navigate. The tests at the end of each lesson really help you to retain information, and the exam is simple as long as you paid attention. Definitely glad I took this course instead of any other one

Very easy to understand

Great course. Well presented and interesting. Very comforting to know that this is the standard of food safety in SK.
I missed completing it in the 30 day period so I had to pay again. I take full responsibility and I know I have been made aware of it, but I did hope for a bit of mitigating circumstances.

Our park needed someone to have Food Handler Course, so we could sell burgers and have pancake breakfasts!

I was a bit intimidated by an all day online course "meant" for a restaurant!! BUT really found course user Friendly, very interesting and informative++. ANY one can benefit from this knowledge!

In short time after the certification, I confidently provided procedure for 3 of us to follow and served food confidently.
Using the Food Handler Course 11 elements gives confidence in all aspects of Feeding people!

Program made it very easy to complete: do at your own desk. Stop & Start as suited me. Ability to Redo Quizzes to practice before taking final test.

Was a really stress-free course. AND will continue to refer to the knowledge. Look forward to emails from Canadian Institute of Food safety in the future to keep me updated!

The course was fun. It was easy to follow and understand. The quiz at the end of each lesson helps to remember what you learn in the lesson. It would have been nice to see the score on the final exam instead of just saying "Congratulations you passed." Otherwise it was a great experience

The course was very easy to understand and broken down well. I did this for personal use as I do a lot of baking for friends/family and small volunteer events. I feel like it is a good foundation to understanding food safety and how things can become contaminated and cause food borne illnesses.
I would have liked to see my final score however so that was a letdown.
