Canadian Institute of Food Safety Has a more thorough study compare to my other program I have done. Everyone who is on this industry ( Cooking) should take this program. Not pricey in my opinion and the company communicates with you when you need them to. I even asked for my grade percentage and the other company did not give them to me. I was more happy to receive this certificate than my previous one. I would add it would be nice to make a plastic copy sent to you when you pass your test. Wallet size I mean. Anyway I hope everyone in this industry should take the test because I learned more than my previous one. Thank you Canadian Institute of Food Safety.

The quizzes after each lesson were really helpful. Helped to make sure I actually understood the unit before moving forward.

I felt that this program is very easy to follow. The quiz's help to write the final test and the content was very easy to follow.

I´am a newcomer and for me the course was of great help. The language was easy to understand and the topics were very well explained. I think they used an excellent methodology. Even though it is virtual they look for a way to generate meaningful learning. The support that quizzes offer is great.

It was a great experience doing this course, as it was so much elaborative and knowledgeable. This course helped me refresh my command on kitchen skills and hygiene. Also , I want to appreciate the pattern how they have made it so easy and understandable.

The course was complex and complete but very well designed and presented that made it easier for someone who has never worked in the food industry or in a kitchen. At 78 years old I was still able to get 93%.

This course was very extensive and covered everything you need to know about receiving, storing, handling, preparing, cooking, display and serving food in a food business. It covered allergens and record keeping as well. it was a super seamless user experience. I highly recommend them!!

Canadian institute of food safety course was well prepared and coveted all the areas of handling food safely. Lessons and test questions were grade tool to learn prior to doing final exam. I would recommend this course to any institution handling food being a small or large business, community hall, community church. It is very important we keep people safe by handling food safely. I have contacted few food, safety offices throughout the province, and this one seem to be the most cooperative and answered all my questions. Thanks
