Absolutely horrible experience with Foody. The customer service was beyond frustrating and completely useless.

I tried to cancel my order through the app, but I was told I couldn’t because the order was already being prepared. So I called the store, and they told me to contact Foody support. Then Foody support told me to speak to the store. So who exactly am I supposed to contact when neither side is willing to actually help the customer? I was literally sent back and forth with no solution whatsoever.

And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the water bottles I ordered arrived BROKEN, with water spilled everywhere. How does an order containing basic water bottles arrive in this condition? It’s completely unacceptable.

The whole experience was incredibly frustrating. Between the terrible customer service, being passed around with no one taking responsibility, and receiving damaged items, this was an absolute mess. Foody seriously needs to improve how they handle customer complaints and deliveries because this was unacceptable from start to finish.

The genuine worst customer experience I have ever seen, the second you disagree with what they say they will close your ticket and affirm that they're correct. I ordered Jalapeño poppers, I received habanero poppers. They keep saying it wasn't wrong but I go look up the same resturant on wolt and they ONLY have habanero poppers so clearly the resturant wrote wrong in Foody, and that's somehow my fault and I dont get a refund?

O send my order, the money send, but the order was cancelled. They send me a message they have 5 days for refund

Foody is the worst food delivery platform I’ve ever used.

I ordered pasta about a week and a half ago, and it took 1.5 hours to arrive. The restaurant told me the driver had picked up the order 35 minutes earlier, so my food was just sitting with the driver the whole time. It arrived cold and ruined.

Foody also promised me store credit and they told me i will have it in my account in a few minutes, but after a week and a half I still haven’t received it. I’ve been messaging support for two days, and they keep saying they’ll get back to me within 24 hours. I’m still waiting.

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had.

My order was delayed not once, but twice, with no clear explanation and no indication of when it would actually arrive. Instead of providing accurate updates or resolving the issue, the app just kept pushing the delivery time back.

Eventually, I gave up waiting and had to go and collect the food myself. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for a delivery service.

To make matters worse, customer service was utterly useless. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a meaningful solution, they tried to brush the whole experience aside with a €5 coupon. What a joke. A token voucher doesn’t make up for wasting my time and failing to provide the service I paid for.

If you value your time and expect a company to stand behind its service, I’d recommend avoiding Foodie. Based on my experience, they’re unprofessional, unreliable, and completely incapable of handling even a straightforward food delivery.

What a terrible company have used them several times and the delivery guy always gets lost. I even sent him a pin of my location, spoke to him on the phone and gave him directions, but the delivery guys English is really poor, and they clearly have no idea of the area. Ordered from Pizza Hut in coral bay, on contacting Pizza Hut they told me they sell the food to foody and the delivery driver will have stolen my food!! Will never be using them again!!

I am sitting here still waiting for a delivery from a restaurant 2kilometres away and the delivery guy got lost I have sent him a pin and he still has not arrived! Awful company I will never use them again! I have written this on here as they have no feedback system on their app!!!!!!

Garbage service, customer support not working, missing items on 2 orders in a row. Fix ur app

Today I ordered by mistake 2 pizza. When I contacted with operator, they canceled one order and I received my money back.

TERRIBLE! Disappointing experience with Foody. First, the fees are excessive €2.85 delivery, €0.50 service, plus a €1 "minimum order value" charge, so €4.35 in add-ons before I'd even paid for the food. On top of that, my order arrived wrong. Paying a premium in fees and still not getting the order right is exactly what makes me reluctant to use the app again. DELETED!
I'd expect either the order done correctly or the fees to reflect the level of service. Won't be ordering again, for sure!

Zero star actually. Very unfriendly business ethics, you'll never get anything from them, no refunds, too lazy operators, bad drivers

Full of glitches unreliable and terrible customer service. Terrible doesnt even describe it. Its worse than terrible. Please use wolt or bolt never let yourself use this site.

The restaurant order from Zorbas was clear with instructions the entire order was wrong the Cappachino looked more like coffee and toasted sandwiches were ice cold Foody will not take responsibility and Zorbas staff lied

HORRIFIC experience - they sent the wrong order and Foodys had us taking photos and waiting so long that we ordered and paid again just to eat! This lady Artemis at the Help Desk was rude and bored and unable basically to help - I HAVE DELETED THEM for ever!
