I ordered a pair of size 6 boots after looking up how true to size the brand was (Cotswold shoes - was deemed true to size). All my boots and shoes are size 6.
When I tried them on they were a half size too small. If they were a half size too big I would have been ok with that but not too small.
So I had to pay to send them back. Ive just found out my refund excludes the free postage out which I now have to pay for, so that despite buying with confidence, I have lost a total of about £8 for a very disappointing experience. I shall not buy from this company again.

Absolutely superb service from Kieran at footbox. I thank you very much. In future if I am looking to buy some boots I will use Footbox website and not a 3rd party like Debenhams.

Could not recommend them enough. From order to delivery was 3 days. Had to return and exchange for a new size and the new size was sent out before they even received the original size out. Didn’t have to pay again for postage. Would 100% buy from these guys again. Awesome service.

I ordered a natural coloured pair of genuine wool lined moccasin slippers in Size 5. The delivery was very quick, the moccasin slippers, top quality and so comfy and warm. I would highly recommend this company.

Awful company. Sent the wrong size shoes for my daughter which I had to pay to return. Would recommend you stay well away!

Sent the wrong boots, now I have to wait until they receive the wrong order back until they send the new ones leaving me with nothing for my holiday. Have to keep badgering customer service for a response. I'd avoid footbox in the future
