The wool fabric is lovely and the build seems good but the ‘legs’ were of real poor quality hence only 3 stars. I’ve had to replace them as they were so bad.

Cushions were ok but pricey - not even feather stuffing!

Very helpful, prompt service. I haven't actually opened my footstool from it's wrapping yet because we are still completing works but they handled everything, ordering fabric, delivery by helpful man on time

Communication was good from ordering samples, right through to quotation and delivery. Our bespoke size request was accommodated with only an additional pro rata cost, rather than an additional premium charged by most companies, if indeed they even contemplate such requests. We were kept informed all along the journey and the product itself when it arrived was exactly as expected. Excellent quality and a perfect addition to our room. Would definitely recommend.

Footstools and More are an absolute breath of fresh air. We’d spent ages searching for the perfectly sized footstool in the exact colour, fabric, and style we wanted, and as soon as we stumbled across their website we knew they were exactly the company we’d been looking for.

They even handled a late change to our order without any fuss and were happy to deliver to the Channel Islands, which just shows how flexible and customer-centric they are.

I gave the dimensions and requirements to the company and they provided just what I wanted. I provided the material for the lid which matches my curtains. All specified, discussed and price agreed by e-mail. A quality product, the finish is flawless.

Good choice of fabrics though we sent our own fabric for the first footstool to match our sofa.
Very considerate with the delivery as we were due to go on holiday the next day. The delivery driver arrived the evening before.

Wide range of choice, colour and size of footstools. Prices not cheap but now I have my footstool I can appreciate the great quality that makes it good value for money.
Great customer service team who responded quickly to my query about when I could expect delivery. It was refreshing to be able to email a human being and get a swift response.

I had a bespoke version of the ottoman made, quality is exceptional along with the material, craftsmanship and response for my questions.
Although they are not the cheapest thing on the market, sometimes you get what you pay for and this is a classic example.

From requesting fabric samples to the footstool/table being delivered.. great service. 6 samples sent out no postage, emailed letting me know when approx time it would take to make. It arrived in before they said .

Footstool arrived promptly and is really lovely. Unfortunately aspects of the design I ordered were missing but Footstools & More were very quick and willing to arrive at a solution which I was happy with. Great customer service and good quality product. Would recommend.

The piped, deep storage ottoman arrived on schedule and exactly as requested. It is very well made with a high quality finish both inside and out. Fabric samples were sent promptly and communication was very straightforward throughout.
