I was highly disappointed that my Scooby-Doo Crocs were not authentic Crocs and paid way too much for something not real. Plus it took forever to receive the tye dyed Crocs.

I received a notification every step of the way from when they received the order through processing and when it was out for delivery.

Customer service was outstanding when I ordered the wrong size. They treated "my mistake" with respect and offered a discount for another pair of crocs.

Would definitely recommend this vendor and use in the future.

False advertisement! This is not what is pictured on the site be lucky you got that 50 you will not receive another from me. Had I known this is what was being produced across the pond I would have purchased in the USA!

If I could rate them 0 I would. They sell counterfeit merchandise that they pose as authentic and then refuse to refund your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The size charts are incorrect. They wouldn't allow me to return the shoes that were to small and had my child name added on it.

It’s not what they picture on the site. The picture on the site was black crocs with a
Clear image. What I got was white crocs painted with black and an unclear image. Not great quality. And when I asked for a return and refund they told me they provided exactly what I ordered and the black on the site was just to show the picture more clearly. Waste of money.

Seller communication was superb. Kept informed all the wat thru! Great product.

I paid $179.80 to footwearmerch.com for four pairs of shoes that do not match their description at all. The quality is subpar and not worth the price I paid. I reached out to request a return promptly, and I expect to receive a timely response regarding this matter. Will Update

Don’t purchase anything from this company. Shoes are just foam not worth 40 something dollars that I paid. The pictures they displayed are not the ones they send you. False advertisement 100%. I also asked for an 8 in men and they send me a size 10. I’m trying to return my purchase let’s see what happens.

As of today I tried to return the so called foam crocs but no success. I really recommend you purchasing from elsewhere because they don’t guarantee the product you have purchased. SCAM 100%.

I ordered a $50 pair of slippers for my son, but what we received looks like a cheap $5 product from China. It’s completely different from what was shown on the website — I’m extremely disappointed! I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. I contacted them asking to return the item, but they said returns aren’t accepted and instead offered 50% off my next purchase. That’s unacceptable — just a way to get more money out of me. Total waste of money. They don’t even deserve one star. Be careful with your money and don’t order from untrustworthy websites!

We loved our personalized crocs; however, they really do not last long. I ordered a pair for my 11 y.o for Christmas, they broke within 2 months, so I ordered a 2nd pair, and they broke within 1 month. They take so long to receive that I talked my son into just getting normal crocs. It’s a shame because he really liked them and got tons of compliments on them!

After 40 or 50 days I assumed it was fake. I charged it back and got in a beef with the company. My shoes never came. They did refund me. I just don't think 40 plus days is acceptable. Plenty of other companies can do better.

Everything turned out great. My cousin was very pleased with his gift. The crocs looked amazing. It took a little longer than I expected but that could've been due to the government.

I never received the shoes and had to eventually go through my credit card company to dispute the transaction because they kept giving me different tracking numbers one said they didn’t pay the proper postage the other was for a package that wasn’t even mine and didn’t even come from them we were so excited about those shoes when I finally went through my card company to dispute they were e mailing me telling me they would give me the refund if I would just cancel the dispute ugh this went on for a month and a half before I even filed for the dispute so they had plenty of time to make it right plus before I eventually asked them for the refund I had asked numerous times for them to just resend the shoes

I ordered 4 pairs of customized Crocs from FootwearMerch (these are not original Crocs), but only received 3. I contacted their customer service, and they told me to reach out to USPS. However, I didn’t buy anything from USPS — I purchased from FootwearMerch, and I believe it's their responsibility to handle issues with the shipping carrier. It's been a while now, and I'm still waiting for an update. Disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service.

I never received my package or returned funds. This was a scam.

I never received my order and they refused to refund me.

Do not buy! US sizes listed are not correct.
They will not take returns and only offer a 20% refund.
I will be surprised if I even get that.
Total waste of money.

I ordered my size according to US sizing standards, the size I buy when purchasing HeyDude, Levi's, Under Armour, Vans, Danners, etc. Each of these brands have the sizing as mens US 8, Eu41. When placing my order I was given the choice of US sizing which I naturally chose as a size 8 (MY SIZE). They sent me a size EU43. When I contacted customer service they told me that everybody's sizing is different and I should have read the sizing chart prior to ordering. My question to them is how do I know which sizing to use if I haven't ordered anything before also if I am to measure am i measuring my foot or the shoe? They will only offer a 20%refund or a 50%discount on a future purchase.
STAY AWAY, DO NOY BUY,
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
