If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 shirts and never arrived. Email looks dodgy and have emailed them 3 times you hear nothing back. Never again buying anything on instagram

Scam - also trading as joykicker with identical website

Wish I had of searched reviews before I ordered. The website looked professional so didn’t question if it was a scam website. Paid £50 for a personalised shirt for my nephews birthday well over a month ago. Never received, although got an email over two weeks ago saying it has been shipped. Haven’t replied to my email. So pissed off that this can happen. Not sure how I can get a refund.

This is a scam. They take your money and change names. Don't be fooled by these criminals.

I wouldnt even give 0ne star have been in constant touch with these even though no answer most times.

I had a lengthy dispute with this company for months after PayPal got involved I got a refund .
Do not touch this website it’s a scam the only reason I managed to get a partial refund was PayPal got involved .
Didn’t send me anything until PayPal got involved then sent out wrong kit and without socks .
Read all the reviews it’s a scam so not buy from this company !!!!

Nothing new to report here. Awful service. Printed the badge in wrong position, not as advertised on website. When they eventually got in contact back they said purchase another jersey and they will send the correct item. Even referenced it being a good deal. Absolutely joke. Avoid giving them business. Lazy scammers.

Scam site. Ordered kids kit in July 2025 now site not responding. Avoid

Avoid at all cost, absolutely useless. Shirt arrived which was wrong size so they replied telling me to order another shirt and they would send the one I wanted in correct size. Stated this was a good deal!!! Told them to send my shirt in correct size with returns label so I could return the small one but they have gone silent. Just a bunch of scammers.

I ordered three football shirts in late July. Delivery did not arrive within 30 days so I cancelled the order. They ignored my cancellation request and said they were now shipping the items, which still took three weeks to arrive. They sent two of the three shirts and one of those was the wrong size. I didn't even bother trying on the one that was correct as I suspect, despite advertising it, they were not UK sizing.
Emails are vague, evasive and unprofessional and they did not respond to my request for refund process information or return address. When I followed up a week later, hey presto the domain wasn't found and the email bounced back.

I'm now pursuing a chargback with my bank and reporting to trading standards/action fraud.

This company uses a co.uk domain but correspondence (after payment) suggests they are not UK based.

Fake fake fake. Wanted a personalised shirt & the lettering is awful. I could have done a better job myself. Sizing on the small side too & the shorts were tiny. I’d actually be embarrassed to wear this kit out. £80 down the drain

I ordered three tops in July, after a month two arrived, one the wrong size. After weeks of emailing they said keep the wrong size one, order a completely new top and they would send all three. Confused I did. This week, mid September, they sent two tops and not the original missing one. They have yet to reply to me demanding my money back.

Ordered over a month ago, never got the order, no other contact.

All the kits are made in a Chinese warehouse somewhere and supposedly eventually shipped to you from China.

Made a chargeback with my bank, absolute waste of time

Ordered a personalised full England kit for my Granddaughters Birthday, couldn’t order from JD as she wanted Bellingham 10 they only offer 8 letter personalisation, went with footy kits. I was kept informed of progress of my order, kit arrived good quality, printed as requested BUT NO SOCKS, got in touch by email bounced back company had changed email address thought strange but got in touch to report issue of no socks to be told they can’t send out a pair of socks on its own so offered £4 refund. Cut a long back n forth email argument telling them I cannot buy England socks for £4 just want my missing socks sending out they are refunding me £4, so for £40 I have a child’s personalised England kit with no socks, for £54 I could have had an official personalised complete kit, if only my Granddaughter liked a player with an 8 letter name I wouldn’t be in this situation 😱.

This is a scam website - DO NOT USE! They have just moved their website to a new web address (was previously footykits.co.uk - check out the reviews for this website on Trustpilot). They are selling ultra cheap football shirts, but they do not stock any merchandise at all - they just steal your money and never pay it back. TRUSTPILOT - please link this new web address to the reviews of their previous website.
