Avoid - They don't pay out
Terrible experience trying to make a claim.
A removals company destroyed our dining room table and the company refused to pay out because the table was disposed of. As we have a toddler and nowhere to store the table, it made most sense to get rid of it and was a hazard to our child in the house. Even providing photos and the removals company admitting blame and damage, Forces Mutual used the small print to avoid having to pay out. The whole process took nearly 6 weeks of continuous chasing for a deeply disappointing result.
We have been with Forces Mutual for 6 years now and it is telling to see how they treat loyal customers.
Avoid Forces Mutual as they will do anything to avoid supporting the customer.

I cannot fault the Forces Mutual team, particularly Sally McShea. She was extremely helpful setting up various insurances for me. She explained and outlined everything to me in detail. I knew exactly what I was paying for and the cover I was being provided. It was such an easy process setting everything up and the Forces Mutual team (Sally) sorted everything for me. If you haven’t sorted any insurance or are thinking about setting some up, I fully recommend having a sit down with them and discussing the various options available, they will help you every step of the way.
