I knew what picture I wanted to have made into a crystal heart but Forever Always knew how to present the picture at its best, they contacted me to tell me if I wasnt happy with the result they would replace it free of charge. Clearly they know what they are doing because the end result was far superior to my suggestion. I bought this as a gift for friends who recently lost their dog and they love it!!

The service from this company is amazing! I received a reply to my email within 5 mins. They solved my query and I will definitely order from here again. If you want high standard quality products and service, you will definitely get that here. 10/10!

Once placing my order Saun was very helpful with sending me a picture of how my crystal would look completed. He managed to get the photo I requested perfect. He was also responded straight away and answered my query. Very pleased with finished product.

This is a very professional well run company.

The actual 3D crystal of my dachshund is of a very high standard which I am delighted with.
It was a surprise to see that when I reverse the Crystal my dogs face follows me around the room which actually brings him to life again.
The delivery was prompt and I was kept informed.

Absolutely amazing , bought a gift for a 50th birthday, a gift we will cherish forever

I ordered a personalised item on 6th March, for Mother’s Day for a first time mother. The website stated 4/5 days delivery, and Mother’s Day was on 15th March so I thought that’s plenty of time for it to be delivered. It was posted on Friday 13TH March and it arrived after Mothers Day on 15th March. I was so disappointed. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund as the item was not delivered as specified and too late for what it was intended for. Nobody from this company has had the manners to reply to any of my emails, which is very poor customer service. If sellers are quick to take your money they should be quick to respond to emails. I will endeavour to wait and see for another few days but it’s looking very likely I will not get a response or a refund! BEWARE of purchasing from this website otherwise you could end up like me, out of pocket!!
