forever-always.co.uk Reviews

I have recently ordered from Forever Always and had an excellent experience. I first got in touch with Shaun as I was not sure if the images I had were the right quality. He got back in touch within 20 mins, and assured me any of my pictures would work. He then helped me to properly place the image and sent me a preview. After approval, the item was sent and received really quickly. I was really blown away by the weight of the glass, the quality was stunning. I gifted this tonight to a friend, and I could tell immediately that this was a really special item for her. I would 100% order again and recommend to anyone. Thank you again.

My husband ordered a crystal as a gift and chose a photo that was a favourite of the recipient. Unfortunately the 3D effect of the crystal wasn't as impressive as one we had bought several years ago (from a different supplier), so Shaun happily agreed to either refund us or see if he could improve on the image. We were happy to see if it could be improved, so received a second crystal which had much more depth to it, but had lost some of the detail of the first one. Again Shaun was quick to respond and offer a refund and an explanation. We then realised that the photo we had sent was not a great choice for 3D imaging and that Shaun had really done as much as he could to give us the best possible result. He still refunded us, proving that customer service truly is his priority. We are so grateful we are now looking to find a different photo that the recipient will still love, but is better suited to a 3D crystal image. Thank you Shaun. Five big gold stars from us. We will happily use your services again.

Brilliant product and service

Item was just as I wanted it. Prompt service and delivery.

Purchased three of the 3D crystal cubes. Simple system to upload the images, the preview was reassuring to see how the finished article would look, and delivery afterward was speedy. The items arrived in lovely gift packaging ready for their recipients. A fantastic service from this great little British company!

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the job. It's absolutely amazing and the speed and attention Sean and the shop gave me was amazing! I'm sure my husband will have some tears in his eyes when he sees his late mother, this is so special.

Amazing customer service - I was ordering a Xmas gift for my sister in Scotland and I’m in Australia - they sent me a picture of the finished product before they posted it - its absolutely gorgeous and I know my sister is going to love it - thank you so much

Fast delivery. Excellent product

Absolutely amazing! We stumbled across this when we were doing some very last minute shopping and we’re so glad that we did. Shaun was incredible! He was brilliant at responding to my many questions and was so accommodating in making sure we could get it in time! We really couldn’t have asked for more!

The gift itself is absolutely beautiful! It’s perfect! More than we could have hoped for! I can’t wait to give it to our family member who I think may even get a little emotional when she sees how wonderful it is!

I would thoroughly recommend this company! They are fantastic! I’m sure we will be ordering more from them in the future.

Thank you again so so much!!!!

First time ordering here and what an experience it was! Noticed a mistake on my order and they rectified it without any fuss. Item came and it's amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you ever so much.

Had one of the 120mm blocks made for my partner's 60th birthday. Uploaded a photo of my daughter's with our doggo which I pre-cropped and AI edited to remove an unwanted object. The end result is fantastic and my partner loves it. Forever Always are obviously using decent tech and higher quality materials hence the higher price compared to the cheaper ones on Amazon. Top notch service as well as the whole process took less than a week. Highly recommended.

Beautiful crystal, good quality & fantastic service

Amazing product the detail in the image is amazing the wife cried her eyes out. It’s in pride of place and lite every night. Thank you.
