Very efficient and responsive service. Product was excellent and in professional packaging.

Brilliant service!

I placed my order on a Sunday & it was despatched on Monday & with me Tuesday!

I initially had a query about ordering & emailed Forever Always - on a Sunday. I got a reply really quickly, which was very helpful. This was a birthday present for my wife, so I was rather nervous about placing an order with a company I had not used before. Their speed of service gave me confidence to place the order.

Would use again, without hesitation.

Absolutely faultless from first to last.

Being able to upload your photo and try different shapes works really well giving you a basic idea of what you’re buying.

Once I decided I ordered and added a message to view / approve the design before it was made and was contacted within a few hours with an explanation of next steps.

True to their word, I was sent an approval design which I was delighted to sign off and the item was produced and shipped, again as promised.

It was well packaged and had rapid delivery, with my wife was delighted by the gift.

Truly exceptional service and genuinely can’t recommend any higher.

From the moment i message to see if they would be able to do my order. To my order arrived. Could not of wish for a professenal outstanding service. Even message me to say one of my oders would be to big and told me to.order a cheaper one. This showed me that they look after thier customer and make sure they are happy every step of the way.

Wonderful keepsake for a good friend's lovely dog who sadly passed. Superb quality, 5 star service and great communication.

Great service from the start. Quick and helpful responses to my queries. Prompt delivery. And the product itself was totally amazing.

Absolutely amazing service! I received help promptly and effectively at each stage. The method of placing an order was so easy.
The product was so much more beautiful than I'd envisioned 😍 and was done and delivered very quickly. A lot of businesses rejected my order because they couldn't include the background but you accomplished that very easily. The price was also super reasonable. Doubt this will be my last time ordering from you.
Thank you Forever Always ❤

Absolutely love my order. Perfect gift for my parents.

Absolutely beautiful again! Just one niggle…. I will need a better chain as the one supplied will not take the weight for long and I wouldn’t want to lose this…..

After the untimely parting of my daughter's dog I thought she would like this. It was really easy to order from start to finish. Correspondence was top class and when it arrived my daughter was in tears as she said it was so beautiful. Many thanks for a heat warming gift that will be greatly appreciated for years to come.

Excellent service, advice. High quality product. Very very pleased and will be ordering again, soon. Great value for money as well!!!

Came out exactly how I wanted it to even though the picture I sent to them was not the greatest, the picture came out perfect

I made my order on Thursday and just received it on Saturday. That is very impressive, i didn’t expect it so fast.

The quality is stunning, I would add a photo if i could. It turned out exactly how i hoped it would. I was a little concerned after i made my order that the photo was a little shadowy around one of my dogs eyes and some details may be lost, i needn’t have worried, it’s very detailed, my dog’s face is spot on and her fur really looks fluffy and real.

It’s one of my favourite photos of her because she looks like she’s smiling. It brought tears to my eyes when i opened the box.

I’m very impressed with the 3d effect. I also like that my message i wrote is inside the crystal too as opposed to being engraved or printed on. It’s now in a glass cabinet with a Philips hue light inside, which is why i didn’t opt for the led base. It looks even more impressive with light behind it.

It comes in a lovely box too, very well packaged. I highly recommend.

Thank you so much Sarah and Shaun, it’s beautiful.

Made up with the service and product

Excellent product which was boxed beautifully. I had an issue with the key ring and when I phoned it was answered quickly and resolved straight away. I will definitely be using this company again

Service and quality of goods second to none. Shaun went above and beyond to help and the end result was outstanding.

Absolutely beautiful crystal, the quality is amazing, and they did all the work of trimming out the background of the image to make it fit perfectly in the crystal. From ordering to delivery was within a week.
