We’ve been looking for an upgrade for…
We’ve been looking for an upgrade for my original ring (1986), we loved the cathedral style, but haven’t had any luck until we found Forever Moissanite! Perfect!
Customer service was wonderful, which is important to us, not that we needed to contact them! They contacted us to let us know each step of my rings process.
So nice! So happy!

Beautiful Ring
The ring was beautiful, but the style (setting) I chose looked different in the photos.
I returned the ring to exchange for a different setting.
Communication with customer service was great. They truly want their customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Absolutely stunning!
I ordered the princess cut shared prong wedding set with a 2ct center stone. I was upgrading my set from a cheaper version but I wanted the same look. This set from Forever Moissanite was EXACTLY what I was looking for! It is absolutely stunning. I am obsessed with looking at it. No matter where I am there is always a ton of sparkle. David at customer service got back to me within an hour of my emailing him a question, on a Sunday! My order took 9 days to receive, which I thought was very reasonable. I am very happy that I decided to go with Forever Moissanite; you will be too!

Great Service and Ring, Terrible Ring Box
Overall customer service was great, fast turn around on the custom design and actual creation of the ring.
My only gripe is the quality of the ring box itself. I wasn't looking for anything special, but a light that dangles from the top of the box and flickers whenever it moves took away from the ring when I first opened it. Also the light made it really hard to see the color of the band. Box felt very cheap compared to the ring itself (which is perfect, no issues that I've seen at all). I will be buying/making a new one.
If you're going to include a light, it should be fully attached to the top of the box and stationary.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Mitchell. We're glad to hear the overall customer service and creation of your custom ring was great.
We regret that the presentation box was not up to your standards. We are constantly evaluating our packaging, so I'm grateful for your detailed feedback on the light and attachment and we will take that into consideration when making future updates.
They do a great job!
Easy to navigate the site and choose the size of the band/stone, and fast delivery. Great product.

Great Experience
The customer service was amazing! I decided to custom design my rings and they made it as easy as possible. I told him exactly what I wanted and they sent me a photo of a 3-D design the next day. After that, I would make minor adjustments and they would send me another design, then some more adjustments (they were also giving me advice of how to make it as best as possible), another design and was finally the finished product after about three days. Their response time was fantastic, I just kept adding things to make the rings as perfect as possible, and they worked off of it very efficiently. Once it was perfect, it was an easy process to buy the rings themself. Just remember, you have to put a $100 down payment first, and then that gets taken off the ring itself. The rings got here very quick and came in a perfect box that holds an engagement box itself. Very pleased with the service! The ring looks great - feels high quality, and very real looking diamond alternative - and the people I worked with were great as well! I will definitely be recommending this service to anyone else who needs it.

Value for money
I am pleased with the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the customer service team which stayed in touch all throughout the journey since day one. They answered all my queries, were prompt to respond, and sent a professionally packaged ring. The ring in itself was stunning, well cut, and almost the exact replica as the picture displayed on the website. They also sent me an authentication certificate along with the item. I am truly happy with what I received, and really grateful to the entire team at Forever Moissanite.
However, the only reason I am unable to give 5 stars even though I want to, is because of the poor delivery services (they use FedEx). My package arrived 3 days later than the scheduled delivery date. In those delayed 3 days, my experience with FedEx customer service was a nightmare.

Thank you for your feedback, Abby! We're delighted to hear that you are pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail of your ring as well as the customer service that you received. We understand the frustrations when it comes to shipping delays, so we'll pass this onto FedEx to make sure they are aware of the gap in their expected delivery date in order to improve their service.
At Forever Moissanite, our top priority is providing excellent customer service, and we appreciate that you've taken time out of your day to review us. We hope that you enjoy wearing your new ring and look forward to hearing from you again soon!
The rings look very nice
The rings look very nice, however I had the rings shipped to another location as I did not want the person I am giving them to to know. However the certificate of authenticity has the name of the person they were shipped to instead of mine.

Thank you for your feedback, Jeff. We are so sorry to hear that the certificates included with your Forever Moissanite rings did not show your name. We always strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and clearly fell short in this instance.
As a solution, we can create a new certificate in your name which we can email to you directly or mail it out. Please let us know what would work best for you and we will be more than happy to assist in any way possible.
We hope you remain pleased with your purchase and look forward to hearing from you soon!
