Leaving an additional review. I’m so glad their website states they are not longer accepting orders. My original review was on the ridiculous amount of time it took to get my order and the nonsense excuses. Now that I’ve had my necklace since Christmas 2025, the finish is rubbing right off. They charged wayyy too much for a cheap product. This company is a scam.

Poor quality- tarnished

I ordered a bracelet for a gift. It took a month to arrive and in three days it got tarnished. It wasn’t cheap, I paid for a silver bracelet but this was a very poor quality bracelet, not what it says in the description of the item.

Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website. My order was a christmas gift. It was late and once received it came undone right away. I had to pay to send it back and get fixed. It is now the end of March, have not received it back and they are not responding to emails. What a scam!

I placed an order back in January and…

I placed an order back in January and as of today 3/19/26 I still have not received my order. I have reached out multiple times and I get the same answer “there was an issue with your order, we are reprocessing” and the arrival date changed by 30 day each time. I requested a refund since the order was a got for a February birthday and no longer need the item. They refuse to refund my money and cancel my order, however they still have not mailed the order. Wish I knew that this was a scam website. Stay away! If they are stealing peoples’ money and not actually sending the item I doubt they are planting a tree for every order. Their tactic must be delay enough times so the customer forgets they even ordered. Shameful!

This company has gone downhill and it’s sad. I have purchased from a Magal repeatedly in the past and have always been very happy with their products and services, but something has happened because I can’t believe how many customers have been waiting for their orders…over two months. If I had read these I would have never ordered again. I’m going on a month since I placed my order, three to be exact and I regret it now. Same thing has happened to me, labels created but nothing really being shipped. I am thinking of reporting this company to the bbb or some kind of consumer advocacy company.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I ordered a bracelet the first week of January and it is now March 11th and I still have not received my bracelet. The bracelet was over $100. I had already emailed them multiple times and each time Lea says it’s been shipped. It hasn’t. They create a label and never ship. This company is not a legit company. Do not order from them.

I ordered in December 2025 now its Feb…

I ordered in December 2025 now its Feb 26 and all they keep saying is sorry for delay and give wrong timelines that it would ship by them, now it was for a farewell gift for someone who has already left since its a customized jewelry its of no use for me but theyWILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY on top
Of it they will just keep pushing 10 days every time the promised date of shipping arrives that it will be even more late. Worst part is I CANT GIFT IT ANYMORE, dont need it since the person it is intended to be gifted is not here. Pls give me my money back!!

Esa manilla la he tenido de alargar unas cuantas veces y siempre queda bien menos cuando la llevé al kiosko de Magalys, tremenda chapuza. Avoid this company

Avoid this company! I ordered a string bracelet with birthstones. After 7 weeks of gentle use, it is already coming apart. Multiple customer service emails and photo proof with no satisfaction. Company states it isn’t it under warranty because they consider it normal wear and tear, but they will restring it for an additional $35. They don’t advertise the product as disposable, which it essentially is if it doesn’t last even two months. Don’t waste your time or money.

I wanted to love this company but…

I wanted to love this company and product but I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered nearly $500 of jewelry a month ago and have not received it and nobody is responding from their service team. USPS just says it’s awaiting the items. It’s a gift so I’ve now missed the moment of gifting it. I can’t even get them to respond to ask for a refund. I’m at a loss of what to do and incredibly disappointed with the radio silence.

Great product...NOT

This is my second review....I would leave a negative star if possible. The customer service is a joke and is very much always an 'automated' response. You cannot physically talk to a person from the company; it's all automated. I've had an issue since the purchase of a bracelet in August 2025. Poor quality and lack of any type of ownership of the issue. Both bracelets started to unravel almost immediately but yet they do not back the craftsmanship after 14 days. I had to pay to get it restrung once and after almost 2 months before they returned it to me, within a week it started to unravel again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I did emailed more than 4 times and I always get the same automated answer no dates , no updates and where is my order ,I even ask to cancel the order no answer , and now comes valentine day if I order on December 13 and i m still waiting , you think that is possible that your items will arrive for Valentine day when they keep sending me the exact words everytime that they are behind , nobody answer you
so again do yourself a favor don’t order from them because if you have an issue nobody will answer you they will send you a recorded answer every time they don’t even use different words

Bad Customer Service!!

Sent me 4 bracelets when I only ordered 2.They came way too late to give out as gifts. It's impossible to get in touch with them!! I requested a refund label, ans sent pictures to the live chat. For some reason you can only live chat at 9 pm eastern standard time. Probably overseas. I'm out about $400.00 as they charged me for all four.

Ordered Nov 28 received December 27th

Sad to write this but I am so disappointed with how they handled my order after I continuously emailed them asking if I could pay extra to expedite my order once I saw that it was just sitting there and USPS had not picked it up after 10 days. I realized all the Christmas gifts I bought with them would NEVER arrive by Christmas but they kept emailing saying they would be shipped!
What irks me the most is the false advertising I kept receiving from their emails on how there was still time to shop from them with only 3 days before Christmas!!!!!
I would’ve paid FEDEX to receive my gifts on time but they gave me no choice.
I wanted to return everything but my grandkids had asked me for those gifts so I don’t think so!!
Buyer beware.

Disappointed

I had ordered from this company many years ago without any trouble. However I wish I would have read recent reviews and I wouldn’t have ordered. I ordered at end of Nov and expected this to arrive by Christmas. I did get a couple of emails saying delayed shipping but was promised and guaranteed they would arrive by Christmas. I needed 1 of the 3 bracelets before Christmas before my nephew flies to Italy to bring it to my niece. Well it for sure won’t be able to get it to her and I probably won’t even see her till next next Christmas. And I am very doubtful the other 2 will even arrive by Christmas and I have no gifts for my nieces. Very disappointing and rather disgusted. Why keep advertising just a few days ago for delivery for Christmas.

Bad service

I ordered Christmas gifts on the 22 November for shipment to the UK. I received confirmation of a 5-7 day dispatch. When it became clear by the 1st of December that this had not been dispatched I contacted Magal to say if it got to the UK after 10th December we would no longer be there. I asked to cancel as they failed to ship and we wouldn’t receive. They said it couldn’t happen as it was personalized jewelry and they were working on it. I then kept asking for details of when it would be sent, so I could offer an alternative address. 19th December they shipped and now because of change of address I have incurred a hefty duty charge. Which is why I asked to cancel when they didn’t meet their original dates. There personalized items have no names, just a specific colour band on a heart. Nothing they couldn’t resell. Clearly they had not been made either or they would have been shipped. The gifts will also not arrive for Christmas and have cost me over $130 in duty. They were not helpful and this is awful service. Never once did they willingly acknowledge delay, only when I kept asking and was told we are working on it. Totally unacceptable. So disappointed. One month to make it instead of 5 days the the lies of personalized, but not made yet.
