Avoid this company at all costs, scammers with broken promises and items that just don't arrive. Paypal are as much to blame letting this company run under their banner but obviously they benefit greatly from all the finance these scammers turnover...Paypal should be held responsible for also ripping trusted customers. Shame on you!!!

I ordered a ring as an anniversary gift. It was just like the picture and the engraving was beautiful as well. It came earlier than expected, which was great. Overall great product, and I will definitely be purchasing from them again

I recently ordered a ring for mine and my girlfriend's anniversary and I couldn't be happier with how it came out. The engraving is beautifully done and it arrived so quickly. I ordered the ring this weekend and it arrived in 3 days. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I would happily order from them again.

I've bought from this company multiple times and every experience has been great. I've bought rings, pens, even wallets and everything has come out wonderfully. Even if there is a mistake, their customer service has been quick to respond and offer me a replacement free of charge or a refund. I would highly recommend ordering from them if you are ever in need of a nice gift. In regards to the negative review below, I believe there is another website named Foreverygift.com that is impersonating, please check to see if you are on the right website because I can assure you that forevergifts.com will not disappoint!

Purchased a Halloween 3D phone case and received a print image with a slightly textured cover that looks awful. Absolute waste of money. Attempting to return it but the return policy is not very good. These companies are going to lead to the need for new consumer protection laws on horrible cheap knock offs being sold to people. I wish there was a way to see these ratings or to see where your purchase is coming from more easily. I would never have wasted my time or money on this.

I ordered a Halloween 3D pumpkin phonecase from this company. It said 11 - 18 business days to arrive, I ordered it 09/09/2024 and received it 18/10/2024, which is almost double the business days. When the product arrived, it was just a print of the image on a basic phonecase. I have emailed back wanting a refund or the phonecase I should have received. In the photos, it clearly shows the image and phonecase is very 3D, so it means this product must exist, but it's not being sold by these guys, who are just printing the image with a bit of texture to give it a fake 3D effect. I will never buy from them again and looking at all other reviews, they should be wiped out of the online retail world. How Instagram and other social media platforms actually advertises these companies should be illegal as well. Avoid at all costs I would say

I'm sorry that some people had trouble getting their stuff. My experience was superb. The ring is beautiful, fits perfectly, and the inside inscription (which was free with purchase) looks awesome. I got the ring faster than expected, in less than a week. And it was not at all expensive! Five stars from me.

I never received the item. I never received an order confirmation. After I waited for weeks my item, I contacted them and was informed they did not fulfill the order because they claimed the address I gave, which I have used successfully for 7 years supposedly came up as undeliverable. This is complete balderdash. I confirmed the address again and waited. No response or package. I re notified PayPal of the problem and attempted to contact Forever Gifts vis the customer service number they had given PayPal and...big surprise....the number was not a working number. This company is a complete fraud and should be closed down. Buyers beware! They will take your money and you will get nothing!

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY - I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a medical ID bracelet and when it arrived, the clasp was broken and would not close. I called the customer service line and asked for a replacement, and they told me I needed to send an e-mail. I then sent an e-mail through the "contact us" feature and didn't get a response. I returned the bracelet by US Mail with a note asking for a refund or a replacement. Three weeks later I had not heard anything, so I contacted them. I was told without a tracking # they could not help me. I had put the small package in the mail but had not sent it with tracking so I didn't have one to give them. I explained this and asked if someone would be able to look through the return packages they received (I mean how many returns could there possibly be to sort through?) and received a response advising someone would contact me but would need a tracking # to do anything. I again explained I did not have one, and asked them to look through their returns for my package. I received a response stating that without a tracking number they cannot locate my package and it is not their fault that I didn't send it with tracking. No offer to let me speak to a manager or supervisor. No offer to see if there was anything they could do for me. Apparently, I'm expected to eat the money I paid for the bracelet which I will and chalk this up to a lesson learned. The lesson is to always send with tracking, but also, customer service these days are sure not about serving the customer. Food for thought: If Medical Tags doing business under Forever Gifts, get so many products returned to their facility that they cannot possibly find a single package among them without a tracking number, their pile of return packages must be incredibly massive! I can only conclude that the quality and craftsmanship of their products must be extremely poor (like the bracelet I received) to warrant so many returns.

I ordered a personalized bracelet. It came on time (actually a little early), beat my expectations, and looks great. Their customer service is excellent as well. I wanted to know how to remove a link and they responded in less than 24 hours and even included a video. I will definitely buy from them again.

Engrave my items wrongly which is suppose to be for christmas gift. They are the WORST for spoiling my christmas gift exchange. They don't even want to send me new rings with the corrected engravings.
