I purchased 2 orders both of which went to the incorrect address, even though I clicked the shipping address to the correct address .. Both times, upon checking the confirmation, I noticed it was not the address that I had chosen. I emailed about the problem and was told it wasn't your fault it was mine and they can't or won't do anything to rectify the order.

This is the exact same email address that you wanted me to email with my order number because I gave y'all a negative review ... I am not going to take my negative review down ever . You were very unhelpful, and I will leave that publicly for everyone to see. You should have morals before it's made public not just after to try and use damage control

I have purchased several colognes from Forever Lux and all of them (whether new or tester) ARE authentic products. ForeverLux sells them at a fraction of the cost than as found at my local department stores. Orders are processed fast and it usually takes a week or less to receive the item(s). Why spend more of your hard-earned money at your local department store when you can find it for a more reasonable price at ForeverLux.
