This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I ordered from Forever New expecting the service standards of an international brand, but the reality has been extremely disappointing.

The size did not fit, and I simply requested an exchange for a larger size. What should have been a basic and straightforward process turned into a nightmare. Multiple emails and calls to customer care have gone completely unanswered. There has been absolutely no support or accountability.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, the customer service is shockingly poor. The complete lack of response shows a total disregard for customers once the purchase is made.

I will definitely think twice before ever shopping with Forever New again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering online if you expect any kind of after-sales support.

Returns process is paid by customer. This should be made clear at time of purchase. I recommend ordering from stockists instead of the directly from Forever New.
