In June 2026, I found my trading account status was changed to **archived**, and I could no longer log into my account. I contacted your support immediately to resolve this issue.

I have sent multiple emails to your official support mailbox, but never received any reply from email support. Only live‑chat agents responded to me. Every time, live‑chat support promised that I would receive a resolution within **24 hours**.

Two months have passed since my account became archived. Up to now, I have not obtained any official reply or solution from your side. My account remains archived and inaccessible. When I tried password reset, I did not receive any reset email from your system.

Crucially, there are still funds held inside this account. Due to the archived lock status, I cannot log in and therefore cannot submit any withdrawal request. My funds are blocked on your platform.

I have followed your support process but your repeated 24‑hour commitments were not fulfilled, which has harmed my legitimate property interests. I formally request:

1. Investigate the reason why my account was set to archived status.
2. Restore normal login access to my account as soon as possible.
3. After access is restored, allow me to freely manage and withdraw my remaining funds.
4. Provide me a written email reply with full investigation result and resolution within your official 15‑business‑day complaint‑handling period.

I keep all live‑chat screenshots and email sending records as evidence. If this complaint is not properly resolved, I will escalate my case to relevant regulatory authorities. I will also disclose my experience publicly to warn other investors against ForexMart, to prevent other traders from suffering the same situation of archived accounts and trapped funds.

I am issuing this formal public notification regarding ForexMart (Account #58139081) following the unilateral and arbitrary confiscation of $30,253.54 USD in lawfully accumulated trading profits (Closed Trade P/L: $30,341.80).

ForexMart’s "AntiFraud" department issued a notice citing Clause 9.32 (Statistical Evidence of Suspicious Trading), claiming "statistically suspicious patterns" and alleged exploitation of market inefficiencies without providing a single piece of concrete trade-level evidence, tick data analysis, or execution audit logs.

Bad Faith Execution: A broker cannot retroactively classify profitable market entries as "statistically suspicious" solely because the outcome resulted in a significant net loss for the liquidity provider or dealing desk.

Regulatory Escalate: If ForexMart fails to immediately provide full execution logs detailing the exact order tickets deemed non-compliant, or alternatively reinstate the full profit balance of $30,253.54 USD, formal complaints will be escalated directly to relevant supervisory authorities (including CySEC / FSA SVG) and external financial dispute resolution bodies.

We demand immediate contact from senior management to review this matter and arrange for the full payout of the cleared funds.

Fraudulent brokers make withdrawals difficult, citing level 3 verification, but I asked back, what verification do I need to do, they haven't answered my question, it's been 3 working days

Scam broker avoid!
As soon you made some profit they gonna delete profits and avoid paying with some nonsense excuses.

By 'abusive,' they mean that as soon as you make a profit, they will find a reason not to pay you.

This company forexmart are scammers, they collaborated with one forex guy called azakafx to dupe about 40 of us a sum of $107,000. He is his their secret agent. Once you make a deposit with this fake broker, you will never win any trade and once you try to place a withdrawal, they will tell you it’s successful but will never credit you. Deal with both azakafx and forexmart also known as Tradomart SV Ltd. at your own risk.

I am working with Forexmart since more than 1 year. Now I see here many negative reviews but I must say that this is not my case. I was always treated wonderfully by my agent Natalia. They really acepted my conditions to use my bot on MT4. All of the refferal bonuses were payed in a few hours. My withdrawal also arrived in less than 1 day. I really do not understand what theese people who are complaining, are talking about...
I asked for a VPS to run my bot and I got it for free. Up to today everything is running smoothly. Never had any issue with forexmart. I am happy to work with them.

Tengan mucho cuidado con este Broker, se quedan con el profit que hagas, tengo amigos que se les han robado las ganancias, hay pruebas y evidencia de las cuentas mt4 dónde se puede ver el decline de las ganancias cuando las quitan y también los emails que les llegan diciendo que han violado alguna regla, cuando toda la operativa es legítima y legal, es inaudito que existan Brokers así que estafan las personas, además de eso cobran altas comisiones por retiro, si desean las pruebas y evidencias, están disponibles para que cualquiera las revise.

After 3 months of trading, this broker deleted all trades and profits. This company should be stopped asap from scamming people!!!

They rely on its many terms and conditions to be able to withdraw all the profit chosen by the trader.
I had all my affiliate profit refused by one of their terms, due to some of my affiliate's orders not being closed lasting more than 2 minutes, so I asked my affiliate to investigate his account, there were 1050 traders in total where 363 traders had time less than 2 minutes, that is, at the fair they should cancel the profit only from the 363 orders and not from all 1050. This for me is nothing more than a scam. stay away from this scammer

Forexmart has lot of term & conditions. One has to read them properly. Mostly, you will not be able to trade freely due to their terms & conditions. For ex, You can't trade at the time of economic events, news announcements & price gaps. And you can't do any trades if any 1 min or 2 min spikes occurs. If you trade at that time & gets profit, they will cut down drastically more than 90% from that profit & give the rest of it to you. They will say, you can't get more than 10% of profit with in a single trade. So I strongly suggest that it is waste of time trading with this company.
