Excellent Customer Service!
Our department has been utilizing Google Forms with Form Publisher Add-On for several years now. The customization is perfect for our needs. On the very rare occasion that we have experienced an issue I have found that it is usually user-error. Form Publisher Staff have been very responsive and helpful in correcting my errors and fixing the problem.

Great communication! I had an issue where my employer changed my google account name. In doing so, safety measures prevented me from accessing Form Publisher. I reached out to them for assistance and they were able to get me access to using the app again. LOVE how this app transfers the data to my template! It helps me be way more efficient in my job! Highly recommend!

Form Publisher is an amazing tool!
Form Publisher is an amazing tool that I have so loved using in my job. It makes Google Form output into exactly what I want it to be and places the output into controlled by me locations and allows me to have URL links to each document. I could not do my job without it! And... the support is spectacular!
