Helpline has done a great job to help me to solve the problem step by step

Wow, talk about service! This team is on it!!! Jhong responded in less than 30 minutes to my request given that the issue would have resulted in an outage. The investigation was thorough (I had a typo in the account username) and they did some digging to identify the account. I'm thoroughly happy with the prompt response and resolution :-)

My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the fact that I had some trouble initially getting Form Publisher installed. However, the tech support team did a great job responding to my requests for help and got me set straight really quickly! That kind of customer support means a lot in today's world.

Whenever I have an issue (which is infrequent), the team at Form Publisher gets back to me with a solution quickly. It doesn't feel like a ticket system but a conversation. I am not sent to FAQs or articles. I am given a specific solution to my issue. Go Team!

Great customer support -I needed an add on that is HIPAA compliant so I can create a workflow for one of my clients and this is the only one that works for my needs that works with Google Forms. The support team helped me customize it and learn how to use it succesfully.

They knew right away what the problem was! I gave them access to my files and sent screenshots of what the problems were. They were able to fix it right away. Literally within a couple emails!!

The product seems to be well thought out, and very well documented. The help section offers examples and clear language to help understand how to use this add-on.

When I had a question, the support staff were quick to look in to my issue and respond.

It's really convenient, giving me a lot of help when organizing the google form data. But (maybe it's my bad) it's a little bit annoying when I try many ways to cancel the auto-generated email but still receive them in a few minutes...😵‍💫
Besides, I accidentally subscribed it and I was overwhelmed, but the customer service was really nice and replied my email and refunded in few minutes. I really appreciated about it!
