I am so glad I had gotten on a call with Omiros! He was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient as he explained step by step to help resolve my issues with Form Publisher! I really appreciate his positive attitude and that he took the time to help me understand what it is that was wrong with my google sheets and how things work on the back end. Prompt response to my request for assistance. The advice they gave me fixed my problem. My system now operates just as I intended.

Replies and solutions were very prompt! I received almost instant communication from the team. I almost couldn't reply in time as I wasn't expecting them to be so quick. If you don't respond, they do follow up to make sure you are still in need of help. I liked that because I accidentally opened an email and closed out, so I forgot to respond.

The revert was quick, and the instructions were stated clearly. The support group was also accommodating and easy to reach!

We ran into an issue with google sign in looping when attempting to approve, utilizing the approval workflow feature in this plugin. They sent back a work around until development was able to fix the plugin. In less than 24 hours they had found the issue and fixed it.

Form Publisher helped us turn responses on a Google Survey that landed in a Google Sheet into individual pages we could print and refer to for each respondent. It did just what we needed to make the information usable for us. I will also say their customer service was very quick to reply and act when contacted.

Form Publisher is so helpful for my work. When there is a technical issue, they work quickly to address it and resolve it.

My experience with the entire support team was exceptional! Particularly as I was trying to perform tasks beyond the designated capability, yet still when it crashed the team came to the rescue and guided me step by step, multiple times to fixes though they were under no obligation to do that.

They used every means possible to help me: emailed guidance to me; created videos to show me what to do and even scheduled a zoom session with the entire support team and me to address my issues!

Every support person was prompt in responding to my queries and very patient despite my short temper when things weren't working as I wanted.
