Prompt replies and solid suggestions to resolve my issues. I am using a free account and did not expect much help but was pleasantly surprised. It's good to know even the little guy can feel that support has your back.

Form Publisher answered my question within a few hours. When the first recommendation did not fix my problem, they escalated to a more involved solution (testing my files, troubleshooting), and found a solution within 1 day.

Great feature and excellent customer service

Ran into an issue which I had caused and customer service were very friendly and responsive. I'm completely sorted now and can continue to use this excellent Add-on.

The extension works great. I've had a free and now subscribed account and it works great and automates so many forms for us. It's a set it and forget it type of thing. No issues. I've had to contact customer service two times to transfer an account and with a billing question and received fast same-day responses that immediately resolved the issues. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with upgrading the wrong account. Your representative resolved it in a very efficient and friendly manner saving me a lot of administrative trouble at work.

Form Publisher is so easy to setup and use. We are a small non-profit, and have been using this to generate membership applications from a Google Form. It's really no fuss, no trouble. Recently though, when I was unable to launch Form Publisher and reached out to support, I got a reply and a solution. Seems all I needed to do was refresh my browser. It worked, all good now. Thank you to the developer and the team at Form Publisher! Highly recommend it.

Perfect, problem solved!

This extension does not work the way it originally did when I first installed it. I needed an extension that would create a document when there is a new form submitted. When I tried to use Publisher it created a document for all the forms that were submitted previously and not the new ones. The support team was unable to resolve this issue.

Form Publisher's staff was very quick to respond to what I needed after my work email changed, they continued to work all the kinks out and in last then 24 hours my forms were back up and running. They saved me from have to redo so many forms! Thanks Form Publisher!

I had an issue with my subscription not linking to the correct account. I submitted a help ticket and in less than 30 minutes, my issue was fixed. It was a great experience and the interface is very user-friendly.

A great tool that can help you automate all your document generation exercises and thus, help you easily automate your processes. I used it to create a payments reconciliation process with proper maker-Checker mech built in. Form Publisher made everything so easy for me.
