I have been using Google Forms and Forms Publisher for a long time. The changes to the program formatting left me with some questions that I could not figure out. Останнім часом нам часто доводиться організовувати дистанційне навчання. Спочатку це було пов'язано з пандемією коронавірусу і тривало недовго, а тепер ми навчаємо дітей дистанційно через напад росії на нашу Батьківщину. І тепер це тривалий процес. Під час цього навчання ми зіткнулися з проблемою збору і узагальнення великих об'ємів даних і приведення їх до єдиного стилю оформлення. Саме тому вирішили встановити плагін Form Publisher. Він виявився дуже простим і зручним у користуванні. Він спростив процес отримання інформації від учнів та вчителів. Ефективність нашої роботи з документацією значно зросла. Функціонал цього плагіну дуже добре узгоджується з іншими програмами, які пропонує Ґуґл. Налаштування його дуже просте, а робота дуже швидка. Також є ефективна довідкова система, яка дає можливість навчитися працювати з Form Publisher і вирішити основні питання, які виникають при його використанні. Іноді можуть виникнути питання, з якими треба звернутися безпосередньо до компанії. Так сталося і в нас. Я звернувся з питанням до компанії Form Publisher і одразу ж отримав кваліфіковану відповідь і допомогу. Ситуація, яка у нас виникла, була не дуже однозначна. Але представники компанії з розумінням віднеслися до нашої проблеми і дуже швидко і ефективно вирішили її. Надали нам реальну і дієву допомогу.
Нам дуже сподобалась швидкість і дієвість наданої допомоги і підтримки.

Well I have mixed feelings. It took a week to solve the problem, so this is a big issue because of the time factor. The problem was solved so nothing to complain other that the aproach of one of the people who answered.

I assume you have some pre-prepared emails you send back when someone has an issue and that is fine, but not knowing the features of your own app might be a problem. The guy guided me to do someting that I already knew about from the FAQ on your website and clearly wasn't trying to solve my case. Second time I insisted with the same request, saying I can't do what they told me, it was done. Why you did not do it first hand? Its just anoying to lose so much time for nothing.

Improving the response time at least would be a huge plus. Answering in 48 business hours is just too much I think.

The customer support is friendly. They take immediate action to my request and give feedback from time to time.

I have subscribed to Form Publisher for several years. I'm a mental health counselor and it is difficult to find Google add-ons that offer a business associates agreement to aid with meeting required HIPAA compliance. Form Publisher makes it possible for me to keep my practice management tools within Google Workspace rather than relying on expensive practice management platforms that require fitting into their "box" rather than being able to create one's own workflow.

I recently contacted Form Publisher with a question for the first time; the response was quick and thorough. I highly recommend this service!

Flexible and useful PDF generator for google forms. Extends the functionality of google forms to be useful for numerous potential uses, we use it to generate purchase orders.

Support is via email, but very prompt and responsive.

There was an issue with generating response links. The team assisted me and escalated the query to ensure that the problem was fixed relatively quickly.

I have had multiple problems with zendesk before. However, this time, they were able to address my issue and came with confidence and instructions to fix. They did fix my issue and didn't pawn it off on me as the problem.

Remi was quick to follow up with me and troubleshoot the issue. He helped me understand the root cause of the issue so that i don't make the same mistake again. Wonderful experience.
