I've been using Form Publisher for the past 2 years and in the 2 instances, I've run into trouble, support from Form Publisher has come within hours of my initial request for support. They helped troubleshoot and got me back up and running right away.

Usefull application. Possible parameter sending, content appearance, the application is really complete. The support is responsive and friendly.

I had incorrectly used the wrong user id to sign up for the Form Publisher annual package. I submitted a request to transfer the account to the correct user id. Jhong from Form Publisher responded that evening to say he made the transfer. Very quick response time. Very much appreciated.

Our company is an active Google Forms user and like all of us when the Results of an assessment do not arrive our clients get upset.

This has happened two times, both my error, over the last 6 months. Each time the Form Publisher team was not judgemental, methodically documented the problem and solution and the FOLLOWED UP.

Not that I want any more problems but they were more than reasonable.

Great product and even better customer service! I made a mistake that was 100% my fault and they made it right for me! I wish all companies worked this hard for their customers.

Was having issues with our Google form which we use for Marketing team project initiation and reached out to the support team for assistance. Though it did take a bit to get to the root of the problem, once they sent a video on what needed to be done it was very easy to fix and very easy to work with them. Thank you!

We had an issue with the renewal of the subscription, we were charged twice.
Having reported it to the support it was resolved in a few minutes.
