Great friendly guys professional polite clean will defo have them back to Finnish the other jobs

Team Callum. Arrived on time. Good workmanship clean and tidy. Finished when we were told they would. Respected property. This is the second time we’ve used Fortuna and would use them again

Chose Fortuna to replace old tiles on a dormer, replaced with cladding, team Callum did a great job, despite the weather, very pleased with finish and value for money.

We ordered replacement PVCu windows and doors after receiving a leaflet for their services, followed by a visit from their salesman. We also took advantage of their 9 month 0% finance offer available at the time. We were contacted when all parts became available to arrange a date for installation. The installation was pretty traumatic as the old window frames had to be disassembled in place to get them out. Nevertheless the whole job was completed in the two days estimated and the final result looks pretty good.
Now for some specific points that were not so good -
1. I noticed on the final day that the installation team had not sealed the gap between the frames with white sealant as the old frames had been. When asked why not, I was told 'it was the company standard' not to do so, the quadrant infill strips were installed using a 'secret seal' technique so needed no further weather proofing, and that 'the sealant would yellow over time'. None of which I was happy with as the old frames had been in place for 29 years with no sign of yellowing, and as all the old sealant had not been removed it was really obvious and looked a poor job. After this discussion the installers agreed to apply white sealant between window frames and brick work.
2. When the installers showed us how the door and window locks worked, they said the French windows had a different key for each of the two doors. The keys were the type with dimples and channels in them and we were shown that removing the key from one door and trying to insert it the same way round into the second door didn't work. After they had left we discovered that the keys fitted both doors, you only had to turn the key over to make the key removed from one door lock fit the lock in the other door.
3. Before the installers had completed on the final day, we got an Email from the finance company asking us to confirm the work had been completed to our satisfaction so the funds could be released to Fortuna. We waited until all work was completed before pressing the button in the Email. At that point we got another Email from the finance company saying our account with them had been created and we could view it online. This we did and could see the amount owed and when the first repayment was due in 9 months time.
Imagine our surprise when around an hour later we get a phone call from someone calling himself Shaun from Fortuna, asking if we would be willing to accept a discount on the original price quoted if we paid the balance immediately. Of course, as this had just come 'out of the blue' we said we would need to think about it and we would call back the following day. Obviously, we then did some research into who this person called Shaun could be and was this some kind of scam. We found that Shaun was the forename of one of the directors of Fortuna World but, his mobile phone number was listed as being 'negative' on 'who called me UK'. So next day we called the accounts department of Fortuna World and were told that the finance company had 'pulled the plug' on their finance facility late on the previous day and that they had not been paid. So we said until we got something independently in writing from the finance company to confirm this we couldn't pay them no matter what discount they were offering. While we we still on the phone an Email from the finance company arrived stating that the finance agreement had been cancelled. So we agreed a fair discount with Fortuna and paid the balance that day. Fortunately, we were able to do so while this may not have been the case for others.
Now, we are of a naturally suspicious nature and everything seems to have turned-out alright (we have a paid-up invoice from Fortuna, a letter from the finance company saying the finance agreement is cancelled, and the online finance account now indicates it is settled), we can't help but feel there was something 'fishy' going on. After all, this happened almost immediately after we confirmed we were happy with the completed installation.

We had doors and windows fitted followed by solar panels. The product and installation was great.
However it took seven weeks to get the paperwork. This would have been fine if only the company had responded to my calls and emails. We were offered vouchers as a gesture of goodwill. However after chasing them up three times they never materialised nor did a site visit to fix the app.
Unfortunately I lost my cool for which I apologise.
Such a shame after a great start.

Operatives were excellent. arrived on time did what they said would get done each day and most importantly cleaned up after themselves daily.

Team Callum done a really good job. Making the day good by singing during their job.

The work was to fit soffits, facias and guttering which was carried out by Cameron and Darren. Both very pleasent representatives of their company in addition to which they were fast, efficient and carried out the work to a very high standard. Highly recommended. John FD Southampton.

Just had the fascia, soffits and guttering done by Darren and Cameron of Fortuna World. An excellent result. Top installers, very pleased with the result. Quality of product and workmanship is to be admired.

Sales were good , installation itself was ok , and product is performing well , however during installation a couple of roof tiles were cracked which I had to repair but most frustratingly we have yet to receive our completion pack which would enable us to claim back from our energy company for additional electricity we are generating. Installation was completed in June it is now end of Sept , despite numerous phone calls and email still yet to resolve this issue . Not impressed,,

Today we had new double glazed windows fitted. The guys who carried out the work were very pleasent and efficient. They have done a brilliant job. They didn't stop all day, working very hard. I will recomend Fortuna to everyone. The guys even hoovered up at the end of the day. Our windows now look terrific.EXCELLENT

Team Callum were friendly, conscientious, excellent fitters. Clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them. They explained everything about the doors and windows they fitted today. The two Callums work brilliantly as a team. Excellent work!

Really good experience with Fortuna. From the sales process through the fitting I had excellent communication with the business. It was refreshing when I spoke with people from Fortuna on the phone to speak to knowledgable people but also senior people who were empowered to help and were prepared to work to my timelines for both payment and fitting. I had the pleasure of Chris, Jack and James fit my windows and they were all incredibly polite and friendly working hard to fit 5 windows and a bay all in one day. Nothing was too much trouble and they left the house in the same condition they found it - for example filling in render that broke off during the fitting. Product seems a good quality and so I’d happily recommend Fortuna’s products and people to you

Everyone, please take note of the directors behind this company. They should be tracked and never allowed to trick customers into buying anything from them.

Experience rating - zero. A very bad experience

Excellent installation. Very satisfied.

Initial installation went well although very expensive we choose a light stone colour with charcoal edging. I made a complaint to the company after a month the drive way was covered in unsightly rust marks all over which we were told was a result of iron in the stone used in the resin mix. after an attempt to repair the fault they came out to try and remedy it it was not re sealed and has now developed cracks in the resin.
