I found dealing with all staff at Greenspace a positive experience. My queries and questions were answered promptly and efficiently and everyone was kind and helpful. I was impressed with the way I was kept in touch with all stages of the ordering and processing of my order. I'm looking forward to an equally positive experience using my conservatory in the future.

Excellent workmanship, very pleased with the job done

Helpful and informative staff. Easily contactable and polite. After easy initial contact speedy arrangements for quote to be provided. Agreement made for work to be carried out,timeline was advised and all of these were met. Installation carried out speedily by two operatives who were really pleasant and helpful. We await next summer to confirm that we made the right decision but are more than hopeful that we have. Very professional company to deal with.

Our original conservatory roof didn't leak, but the polycarbonate panels were obviously ageing. Then this summer came the heatwaves. It was no longer comfortable inside the conservatory. I came across Green Space and had a look at their website. It was full of positive reviews and they could offer aluminium panels that mitigated extreme heat and even made the interiors of conservatories a little warmer in winter. Therefore we engaged them to replace the entire roof. Their customer relations team kept us fully informed of progress prior to the installation and a date was set for the work. Their installation team turned up promptly on the day. Despite some gusty winds and showers they worked hard, efficiently and quickly, completing the job slightly ahead of time. It looks very attractive. We are now able to look forward to enjoying the space once more.

The complete service was very well done. The survey, ordering, production updates to the fitting. The finished product was perfect.

The service was excellent all the way through the process. The fitters were diligent and experienced in what they were doing and the final result looks wonderful. The product appears to be of very good quality and should last well in the British weather. All in all a fine job.

My parents had a rogue trader come as a sub contractor, job should have been 2 days, they then said 1, this turned into a month! The rogue damaged brick work, left them with no roof and green space now want to charge for additional work! Salesman was pushy, Dave you need sacking, you were rude with minimal manners, surveyor you need a wash! The only team we can thank is the final roofers who did a good job. Please please go elsewhere, I'm now advocating for my parents in their 70s and ready to dance with green space, trading standards and potentially a solicitor, hey... may even contact watchdog! The rogue damaged the house on purpose, then told them to buy out the contract, his brother who owns a building company will fix the bricks and he will fit the roof for £1.5k! Green space, ill see you over on google reveiws, oh and on check a trade, what about social media.... 🤔 surname is Rutter, you know exactly who they are as your now demanding payment in 14 days, with the addition of £850, where's the invoice for this? Where's your rogue trader? Still out damaging houses? Dealing with a lovely person at citizens advice by the way. Very full of knowledge!

The process from start to finish has been very smooth. I have been updated every step of the way on the progress of panel construction. Once on site the fitters were friendly and efficient, clearing up after and done quicker than expected. Although it's only a few days since completion with the wind and rain we have had the noise reduction is noticeable and it already feels warmer
A few friends have already commented on how good it looks. I couldn't be more pleased

It has been a pleasure to deal with this company from beginning to end. I approached the company at an event. The salesman was respectful, knowledgeable about the product and upfront about costs. The fitter’s were on time and did a good job. There was a small discrepancy with a drainpipe and this was sorted quickly and without fuss by the company before they expected full payment. Very happy with my conservatory roof.

Green Space UK transformed our old double-glazed conservatory by installing a new roof frame, fitting insulated thermotec panels and new guttering. The entire process from initial contact, surveying, manufacture and installation went to plan. The roof frame fitted perfectly and the 'new' conservatory looks amazing. The work was completed just before the arrival of Storm Austen - the conservatory is quieter in the rain and already feels a lot warmer in the cooler autumnal weather.

Our new insulated Green Space conservatory roof is clean looking, well fitted and looks very good. The two installers, who came to erect it, demonstrated their knowledgeable expertise and competence. What's more, they maintained their momentum through a horrifically wet and stormy day - thus deserving a serious commendation for their persistence and their excellent workmanship. Well done!

Fitting of roof went well.
Needed to call back due to leak within warranty period. Went ok.
Outside warranty period got a leak. Completely different attitude to helping me. Quoted £420 for a call out !!!

From the meeting the Salesman ( ) to the Assessor coming out to my property to look and measure up, everything has gone to plan. Since the work has been carried out, I can now sit out in my conservatory on these cooler mornings and not feel the cold out all. The product it self is modern up to date, and was a perfect fit against my older roof. I would recommend this to be done to any older conservatories, that are being used through out the year.

I was well informed about the product and the proceed by the salesman.
I was kept up to date by email with how far my order had got and by phone about the fitting date.
The fitting team were polite and efficient and left almost no mess.
It took only about 5 -6 hours .
I was impressed.

The product does make my lounge a bit darker but now i have a lovely garden room that can be properly used. I especially like that the roof is the same height as with the original glass. I realise that those conservatories I've seen with false ceilings make me feel a bit claustrophobic. It is really nice too be able to effectively sit "in" the garden without the strains of excess heat or excess cold. I have yet to test it all properly but i am very pleased.

I wish I could give ZERO stars, yet again got another letter today about my conservatory I DO NOT HAVE OR WANT ONE.....I really hope you enjoy getting all of my junk mail in your pre-paid envelope.....happy reading.
