We came across a demonstration stand outside a garden centre and as we had been looking for a way to reduce the excessive heat build-up in our conservatory in the summer we were interested in Green Space's products.

We booked a free no-obligation visit and were offered a good discount on the installation if we agreed to advertising. We discussed options for the conservatory roof panels and decided to leave the triangular corner panels as glass. We didn't feel under any pressure, but we accepted the offer and booked the surveyor to take measurements of the panels needed.

There was a bit of a hiccup in booking the installation as we agreed a date only to get an apologetic phone call a few minutes later to say that the installer had been double-booked. A new date was agreed and they duly arrived promptly at 8.30 a.m. to begin the installation. The day started fine but soon turned more overcast so there was a race to finish before the rain came. They made it in very good time before the rain, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the noise of rain on the roof was a lot less than it had been previously - a benefit that hadn't even been mentioned.

The scaffolding tower had been delivered a few days before installation as the surveyor deemed it necessary, but the installers never even touched it and did the job with ladders.

The conservatory has not been anywhere near as hot since the installation, although we have a south-facing conservatory and the large windows overlooking the garden still get plenty of sun. We expect the conservatory to be warmer in winter too.

We are very pleased with the look of the roof panels and were kept informed at every stage of the manufacturing process. We had opted for the four-stage payment plan which worked well for us.

Our conservatory is now usable in the summer again, and we have been making much more use of it. The installation is attractive and in my opinion is better-looking than a tile roof. We would highly recommend a Green Space conservatory roof conversion.

From the initial consultation to the final fitting, Green Space have been extremely efficient and have kept to the time scale planned. The young men who fitted the panels were polite, thorough and made sure that everything was in place before they left. We are very pleased at the outcome and look forward to using our Conservatory to it's full potential.

After they gave us information about their product they then left us to decide without pushing us to sign anything straight away. We were also happy to know the panels were being made in the UK. The 2 nice men were very professional in the fitting of the panels and it was all completed in just 2 hours. Everyone we dealt with were very polite and helpful. Well done Green Space.

Overall the Experience was reasonable however What I would say is .once signed up despite assurances from the salesman we got persistent phone calls. The day they were due to come and fit it , they cancelled due to non availability of installer it was rebooked for following day. Installation was very good and I’m satisfied with product.
We choose the option to defer payment until 3 months after installation then pay in full however it’s taken 3 calls since to ensure what was agreed at the point of sale has actually been actioned correctly

The overall experience has been satisfactory to a point

From first contact through to completion we found everybody very friendly and helpful keeping us up to speed on our order. The installers were excellent and finished in a day.
We are very pleased with the new roof, it has transformed the conservatory making it a lot quieter when it rains.

First Rate Roof Replacement
The product is excellent and having had Greenspace replace my conservatory roof, I
have noticed a reduction in temperature on the hottest of days and the noise from
rain is so much less.
Greenspace kept me informed at all stages of the project. The communication from
start to finish was first rate.
The installation team were polite, considerate, worked efficiently with minimum
disruption, protected the floor and furniture and left everything clean on completion.

The order was processed as forecast. The deliver and installation was completed in less than a day, all the old glass panels and rubbish were removed and the conservatory cleaned up. The finish is excellent and the insulation ideal

Great from start to finish. Very happy with our new conservatory roof.

We saw the Green Space product at our local County Fare. We had discussed replacing our conservatory roof to make the room more useable. It was the usual, too hot in the summer (especially lately) and too cold in the winter.
There was excellent communication throughout the whole process. Ghufran explained the product and went through the costs. It was more expensive than what we initially thought it would be, but after consideration and a bit of research we decided it was the right product for us.
We were regularly updated with the progress and the fitting date. The two fitters arrived bang on time and worked throughout the day (in extreme heat) and managed to fit the product in one day. They both had an excellent work ethic.
Since the fitting we’ve had continued heat wave conditions and the room has definitely been cooler and more useable..
We’ve also had torrential rain and the room has been quieter and there have been no leaks!
Where we live we have very high winds and driving rain in the winter so it will be interesting to see how different the conservatory is then.
On the whole we are very happy with the new roof and the company.

The company always kept me informed while panels were being assembled.
The staff were always polite and helpful from when the sales person came on the 16 June and the fitter’s finished on the 20 August. Very pleased with the fitter as they managed to finish on time trying to get things done before the thunderstorms arrived which was forecast and they arriving over 2 hours later due to being held up in traffic because of a couple of accidents one at the beginning and one end of their journey.

So far happy with the the new roof on our conservatory, looks smart hasn't made conservatory dark but it's early days only been fitted for 9 days, using the conservatory more, but need a longer time in all weather conditions to see how pans out.

Smooth installation. The team were very efficient and helpful. They left our conservatory and garden neat and tidy. The new insulated roof is a great improvement.
I would recommend.

Excellent service. We were kept up to date throughout the manufacturing process. Fitters arrived on time and completed the job by lunch time. We have yet to experience the benefits in extreme hot or cold weather.
