From the initial contact through to completion of the project Green Space were professional, competent, friendly and excellent at communication. The work was completed on time and left in a great state. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, polite and knew their business. The two main fitters had to work in one of our heatwaves but put in extra hours in order to complete the job on time. They were both professional and friendly. Overall I’m really pleased with my new roof. It does exactly what it says on the tin!

From the initial consultation (with Chris) to the fitting of the roof system it was a positive experience from start to finish.

We found Chris to be very friendly, professional and informative, Dave the surveyor very thorough and the installation team were brilliant fitting the roof on one of the hottest days of the year. And I would also like to mention that when ringing the office the staff were excellent.

So far so good, we are extremely pleased with the results.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Greenspace UK. During the sales visit, we were put under pressure to pay a £2,000 deposit before the salesman left our home, with the explanation that we needed to “lock in the price”. This created an uncomfortable and rushed situation.

After reviewing everything properly, we cancelled the order within 24 hours, well before any work had begun. Despite this, Greenspace have still not confirmed that the cancellation has been completed or that the refund is being processed. Instead, we have received multiple generic holding emails stating that our request has been “passed to the cancellation team” and is “following standard procedure,” with no confirmation of the cancellation and no meaningful update.

They wanted to have a call to discuss the details of the cancellation, and we made it clear that we do not require a phone call and asked for the cancellation to be completed in writing. Greenspace have ignored this, along with every specific point raised, including the fact that no work has been carried out. This is a lot of money, and a straightforward cancellation should not take this long. It has become a stressful situation.

Our credit‑card provider has now been informed due to the lack of action. A straightforward cancellation within 24 hours should not require repeated chasing, nor should a company hold onto a deposit when no service has been provided.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Greenspace UK.

They kept us fully informed of all the proceedures relating to the production through to fitting of the conservatory . The staff were always polite and gave us all the information .

From the very first contact the Greenspace team were so helpful, always polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble, my questions were answered accurately and promptly. The installation team arrived on time, very efficient and professional. The roof took several hours to install, when they finished everything was cleared and left clean and tidy.
I couldn't be happier with my new smart looking roof and would recommend Greenspace to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.

We are very happy with our new conservatory roof and, overall have been very pleased with the service provided by Greenspace.
The installation team were absolutely amazing. They were professional l, friendly and extremely helpful, when they arrived they identified and dealt with some issues relating to the electricity that could have easily caused further delays.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with the information we had been given by the administration team regarding the electrical requirements. We had been told that we did not need an electrician to isolate the light fitting when booking the installation date and that we could simply isolate that part of the circuit ourselves on the fuse box. When the installation team arrived, we discovered that this was not the case and as a result, we had to find an electrician at short notice to resolve the issue before the installation team could return a couple of days later.
Although this was frustrating and could have been avoided with clearer information beforehand, the installation team handled the situation exceptionally well and we're very accommodating when they returned.
The product itself is excellent and has made a real difference to our conservatory use. We are very happy with the finished result, and the customer service throughout has been generally very good. Despite the initial issue with the electrical requirements, we would be happy to recommend Greenspace, particularly based on the quality of the product and the professionalism of the installation team.

To a room that I could hardly use during the summer/winter,to a room that I can use all year round now.And to not have the noise of the rain too.

Having explained to the customer service representative who called me that having reviewed the product we had decided not to proceed to the next stage of having a home visit from a member of the sales team and asking to have my details removed so as not to receive further calls I have had 2 further calls (so far) in the last 24 hours. I am only posting this in the hope that by giving a 1 star review my wishes will be acted upon by the company.

From the moment I initially contacted Green Space UK, I knew that I was dealing with a professional company. I never felt pressured into making a decision and was kept updated every fortnight as to what was happening with my order and the timescale for completion. On the day of installation a team of two arrived early, started working immediately and continued until 17.00. There was minimal noise whilst they worked and they left everything clean and tidy. All I did was supply bottles of cold water throughout the day. The following day I noticed the difference the new roof had made to the temperature in my sun room and it was no longer unbearably hot. Last night, it actually rained, and it was nice to hear a gentle sound of rain falling, rather than what I usually experienced. With most things I find it hard to envisage what it will look like, or the benefits you will get from a new roof, but I am so glad that I made the decision to go ahead. I shall look forward to using the sun room more often now. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of updating a conservatory/sun lounge roof.

I moved into my bungalow in North Wales in February 2026. The polycarbonate conservatory roof was picked up on the Homebuyers survey as being at the end of its life. In February and March, the conservatory - which is heated - was too cold to use while this summer, with all the extraordinary heat waves, it has been unbearable to be in.

The company throughout was very approachable, professional, considerate and thoughtful. I have felt cared about as an individual rather than just another sale on the books and everyone from the initial contact, the sales manager, the surveyor, the installers and the customer care staff have been friendly, extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my questions.

I have been amazed by the new conservatory roof, as I was a little disbelieving that it could be as good as they said. It was installed in an August heatwave when the temperature outside was 30 degrees. The conservatory had been unbearable to be in but at 2 pm on the day of installation, with the new roof in place but in the middle of being corked, it was comfortably warm - not hot. Once the men left, I was able to keep the French doors to the lounge open without the conservatory heat affecting the temperature in the adjoining room and feel comfortable while moving all the furniture back in.

The installers, Alex and Rob, arrived on time at a little after 8am, despite having undertaken a 2 hour drive. They were an experienced team, worked extremely hard in the heat, were thorough and efficient. The men were always polite, considerate, happy to explain things and careful. They also took time to clear and tidy the room and outdoor areas having finished ahead of schedule.

Great service and support from start to finish, product looks amazing and fitted so fast! The transformation was instant, such a hot July and August 2026, we would not have been able to use our conservatory but this year we could!

We were kept informed throughout the process and are very pleased with the outcome.

ALL CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE INSTALLERS IMPRESSED ME WITH THEIR SKILL AND TIMING OF JOB. THE ACCOUNTS STAFF WERE FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE.

Greenspace organised site visit very quickly and sales person covered all of the options for our utility room not a lived in conservatory space .Temperature was getting excessive but now mirrors that of the outside

We found every stage of the process was extremely easy: staff initially consulted were helpful and gave clear and informed advice. The installation team were admirably hard-working, quick but painstaking. It took 5 hours and that included thorough clearing-up time. The transformed conservatory is much cooler in very hot weather than with the old roof. A triumph of design and technology! We are extremely happy - and would certainly recommend Greenspace.
On a very hot day we can confirm that the new roof is producing a much cooler conservatory - our old roof would have made it unbearable - approximately 34 degrees outside now!
