We are extremely impressed with our new conservatory roof which has turned our conservatory into a room to be used all year round and is an integral part of our home rather than an addition for temporary use. The fitters were polite and totally professional, arriving all as planned and on time. Upon completion they cleaned the work area leaving no mess at all I admit to being sceptical but my concerns were unfounded and we look forward to using our new ‘room’ all year round. I regret not having the roof replaced years before and would totally recommend GreenSpace without hesitation.

Green Space replaced the very aged, very dirty and hopelessly uninsulated conservatory roof. Like all conservatory owners, we could not use it in the height of summer or the depths of winter; a week after fitting the new roof, we hit 30° again and for the first time ever it's not candle-meltingly hot in there! Through the whole process, from sales through surveyor and to the AMAZING fitters Matt and Rich, we were kept fully informed, even to the extent of receiving links to videos of the construction process. The new roof looks smart, the conservatory now resembles a proper room, and the difference during these high temperatures is already noticeable. Can't wait to see how it handles the winter!

Glad we decided to cancel

We had a nearly 3-hour sales visit. The salesman was polite, professional and friendly, but the sales approach felt very pressured. We were told several times how good the company was and how they “didn’t need our sale.”

We were offered a special “marketing house” price and told it would only be available to one house in the area, with other homes still to visit. Looking back, I can’t help but question whether this is genuinely a limited offer or a sales tactic designed to encourage customers to pay a deposit there and then.

We eventually cancelled after the second person came to measure and said he couldn’t do it because of our pergola. This was frustrating as the pergola was clearly visible during the original sales visit — we actually sat underneath it — yet it was never mentioned as being a potential problem. It resulted in a wasted appointment and journey for the measurer.

I will give Greenspace credit where it’s due: when we cancelled, there was no argument or pressure, and our deposit was refunded within 3 days.

Overall, I’m pleased we didn’t go ahead. Based on our experience, I would advise others to be cautious of the sales approach, take time to think about the offer and not feel pressured into paying a deposit on the day.

Company kept us in formed though out the, manufacture process. Fitter come on the day booked,they were friendly and done a very good job. When they left they left everything clean and tidy.

The men were very helpful and worked nonstop to finish the job in less than a day and left the site clean and tidy. The new roof looks amazing compared to the old one.

Provided a quick, efficient and polite service from both the staff over the phone and the installers. The product appears to be of a very high quality and looks great, well worth the cost. We were kept updated throughout the process and will be recommending the company to friends and family.

I have just had the new roof put onto my conservatory and it has been the easiest and most stress free process I have ever had. I was kept up to date the whole time and the installers were excellent, very polite and efficient. Couldn't have asked for better. The roof looks superb.

We were kept informed every step of the way. Everyone was very helpful and polite. We are very pleased with the result .

Despite telling sales rep several times that I was sole owner of my house, she insisted my partner had to be involved and at the visit appt. Told her I was paying for the work as it was my house and it was my decision. I even had to tell her I am an intelligent person! She still wouldn't allow visit to be booked!! Total sexism!

Excellent throughout. Kept us updated during the manufacturing process and the likely delivery date.

The 2 guys who delivered and installed it were very capable and polite and friendly.

The only issue that I have is the claim that it reduces the temperature in the conservatory which hasn’t happened, and we still are not able to sit comfortably in it.
While I know we are having extreme conditions, it is disappointing that we’re not feeling any difference. However, I think it is clear that there is nothing that can be done to improve the situation and we have to live with it. Hopefully, we will feel the benefits during the winter!
Notwithstanding, we like the look of our new roof and overall it has been a good experience.

The whole end to end process, from initial contact and information request, assessment appointment, agreeing on the contract, production of the roof panels and installation was very professional and fair. Greenspace kept us informed throughout the process and at no time did we feel pressured into buying etc.
The roof panels are working brilliantly - as we have already noticed a significant difference in room temperature, experiencing yet another heatwave. The conservatory is significantly cooler than with the previous glass roof and we also noticed that the conservatory retained more warmth in the the last 2 days where outside temperatures have dropped into low double digits.
All the staff we have been dealing with were very courteous , polite and knowledgeable - answering all our questions and getting back to us asap with anything they couldn't answer straight away.
The installation of the panels was straight forward and only took half a day and we received extra help from the team with clearing out our conservatory, as we couldn't do this ourselves due to unforeseen circumstances.
All in all a premium product coming with a premium service that lives up to our expectations.
I would highly recommend the product and the Green Space staff and contractors.

From start to finish, Green Space UK have been outstanding. I was kept fully informed throughout the production and installation of my new roof, and the communication was clear, timely, and reassuring.

I was originally advised that the installation would take two days, but the team completed everything in just one — exceeding my expectations by a long way. Every part of the process, including the admin and paperwork, was straightforward and easy to follow.

A genuinely great job from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Do not trust this company.

The Sales Rep gave us a quote to replace our conservatory roof, which was approx £19k, the presentation basically discredited all other types of roof replacement and I ask one question is this the final amount. He replied yes there will be no further costs. As pensioners with limited funds we could not afford any more.

4 weeks latter after 50% was paid, I was informed that an error on Green Space part was made and bespoke framework was needed at a further cost of £620 which I had to pay.

I was give 2 choices, pay up or cancel (with a cancelation fee), we had no choice but to continue as our roof leaked and had already ruined our carpet.

Next I was informed by the surveyor that due to the size of the conservatory a bar across the middle of the room would be required, again this was not pointed out by the Sales Rep even when I gave him the original plans.

From this point the office staff at Greenspace became forceful and arogant in there approach over payments and booking the installation.

When I got the call from greenspace to book the installation it fell on the Monday after the England v Mexico game which took place at 2am Sunday morning and I questioned if they would have any staff, there reply was yes and they nagged me until I accepted that date. I had an important golf game which I cancelled, I missed the game so I could let them in, Guess what, I had a call at around 7am informing me that the team had rang in sick?????

They rebooked for the following week.

The installers (which are contractor NOT part of Greenspace) arrived on time and walked me through the job, the time frame and a proper explanation of the need for a bar, which differed to the one supplied by the surveyor.

The installer noticed that the lead currently on the old roof was better than the lead supplied by Greenspace and after the installer confirmed with the Greenspace Manager he asked if I had any objection to the lead being left, which was save me labour and the cost of the lead. I agreed and was promised a new reduced balance by email, it never arrived.

I contacted the head office who informed me the they needed to contact the greenspace manager. I then received a call from the greenspace manager informing me that the lead must be changed, no explanation. The Installers arrived and started work, a job that should of been finished in 2hrs now took 5hrs.

I lodged a formal complaint about the whole process and the first reply I got back put all of the blame on installers and swept all other complaints under the carpet and demanded full balance.

I emailed and called Greenspace and informed them that they where mistaken and the installers DID NOT authorise any change to the agreement, this was done by the GREENSPACE AREA MANAGER and in fact I had a number of witness to the various conversations confirming that the Area Manager did authorise the lead to be left alone.

After a week I received another Email stating that they accept no responsibility for anything, but offered my £225 off for any issues I had to deal with.

Being pensioners and not being in a position to take this further I reluctantly accepted and paid up.

The staff are rude, they lie and blame innocent people for there own errors and have no problem altering the agreement when it suits them but are reluctant to do the same when it helps the customer.

read past negative comments against Greenspace they will no doubt attempt to spin this feedback in there favour, but as I said DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I have deliberately not reviewed the product and only slightly covered the role of the installers because I do not want Greenspace to spin this review any other way.

The whole job and staff were superb.

The new roof has been a complete success

We now can use it on really hot days,
We have yet to use it in the winter however I think it will perform just as well. Eric

Just one day of mess and I have a fabulous new room that I can enjoy without being uncomfortable hot. The product is great, just as I was told it would be. The customer service is second to none and I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the work.

It was an easy purchase from start to finish. All staff were helpful, the roof looks amazing, happy with the product so far. Definitely makes a difference in the sunny weather, keeps the conservatory cooler throughout the day.
Would recommend to anyone wishing to make their conservatory useable all year round.

We had a completely new roof put on our conservatory, we were told that the old one would not take the weight off the panels. The guys who came to do the work were here for two days. Job complete. This was back in March 2026. The heat in my conservatory is no different from before I had it done. I still can’t sit in it on hot days, and we’ve had a lot of those this year. I wrote to Greenspace and they said it depends on so many different factors to whether this product would work. They never once said that when they were selling it to me. I supposedly got a discount for having an advertising board outside my house, that has never happened. They were supposed to come and record a video of what we thought of there products, that has never happened. If you are thinking of getting this done on your conservatory, think twice. I would not recommend it.

Was interested until got quote. Replacing entire conservatory going to be cheaper than replacing old conservatory roof! So said not interested. Since then, despite blocking their landline number, getting constant calls from a withheld number I can't block. Staff of this company seem not to take "no" for an answer. Too pushy by half.

The person with whom I originally spoke said her name was Siobhan. I then blocked this landline number. All calls from withheld numbers are being tagged as coming from Siobhan/Greenspace.

Given the response below I would advise all those potentially interested in this company's product to give it a miss. It's sales approach is unacceptable. Should I receive another unwanted call I shall make a formal complaint to Ofcom.
