From the salesman to the customer service and the fitters I can’t fault anyone.
Their communication skills from the beginning to the end was excellent.
Not really had much rain since it’s been fitted so fingers crossed there’s no leaks.
After the roof was installed the very next day it felt cooler in my conservatory which I was very pleased with, hopefully it will be warmer in the winter. It looks really lovely. So far so good.

Right from the word go, doing business with Greenspace has been a pleasure (except, obviously, when it comes to parting with money!). Their almost instant phone call (within 5 minutes of completing the web enquiry) was a pleasant surprise. The sales visit with Steve was friendly and informative and not at all pressurised. Greenspace kept us informed at each stage of the manufacture (which reassured us that the process was moving ahead smoothly - we weren't left in limbo wondering whether anything was happening). Installation happened sooner than we expected (good!), and was a trouble-free 4.5 hours from start to finish. Alex and Rob were a credit to Greenspace: efficient, friendly and quiet. The finished result has exceeded our expectations - to say we are delighted would be an understatement! We already feel the benefit of sitting comfortably on what would otherwise have been a sweltering day. We should have done this ages ago!

Good service from the start knowledgeable staff and an excellent product. The new roof has made such a difference making the room usable all the time. The fitting team were fantastic nothing was to mutch trouble, leaving everything clean and tidy. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Everything was just as I was told. Work done on time and it all looks great. Lets hope I'm still saying that when it is pouring with rain.

The whole experience from initial sales contact through the order processing was excellent and we were kept well informed. On the day of installation the installers were excellent, the work was carried out and the area fully cleared/cleaned on completion. We have noticed a significant drop in conservatory temperature since installation.

From start to finish initial survey to installation we were to see and hear about the process.
Installation day came and the crew were very polite, clean and tidy.
We are so pleased with the result and can now enjoy our conservatory as we should be able to.

We have recently had our glass conservatory roof replaced by Green Space UK. We are impressed with the product, which has made our conservatory area much more user friendly on days where temperatures are higher.
All the Green Space team were friendly and helpful, the survey was carried out meticulously, and the installation team carried out the work quickly and with the minimum of disruption, covering all adjacent surfaces carefully and removing all debris on completion.
The communication from Green Space throughout the process was excellent too.
I would recommend this company to anyone considering this type of work which can transform your conservatory into a room you can use all the time.

During one of this years (2026) heatwaves, we opted to update our existing 31 year old conservatory polycarbonate roofing.

We chose Green Space UK to carry out the work and love the end result.

The sales visit felt a little high pressure, having to make the decision to proceed there and then, Salman (salesman) explained product, timescales, payment options very clearly, and you knew that him leaving the cost towards the end meant this was going to be expensive for us. Salman showed us samples so we could see and feel exactly what we were buying in the various colour options, and, showed photos of other completed works.

The statements around reducing the unbearable inner temperatures of the conservatory was a deciding factor for us, and the 3 payment options tipped the decision to proceed, especially as following deposit on the day, final payment options (i.e. payment in full or monthly) didn't really need to be made until completion of the works.

Communications throughout the process of surveying existing conservatory, through manufacturing steps, to dates for fitting were thorough, I believe ours proceeded a little ahead of the projections given by Salman, which was pleasing.

The fitters came on one of the hottest days of the year so far. I had been expecting a postponement call due to the excess heat. Even given the heat, they performed admirably and very professionally completing the works within the one day and removing all the waste. We were very pleased with the end result.

I had always been a little dubious about the claims around the conservatory being cooler on the hotter sunny days. Being fitted on one of the hottest days of the year, the conservatory still seemed hot.

I held back on writing this review until I could honestly state my views on temperature. We chose the Anthracite colour scheme, given that, and the fact that we are still experiencing above average temperatures during both days and nights, I can now with confidence state that our conservatory does not get as unbearably hot as with the polycarbonate roof.

And anyway, our 31 year old conservatory has a great looking anthracite coloured roof which blends in better with our surroundings, looks immaculate and has an extended life.

Well happy we are!

The product is really good quality, the installation team were excellent. Good communication from staff throughout the whole process. Has made an instant difference to our conservatory. Would thoroughly recommend.

From start to finish everything was excellent

Greenspace kept in touch with us throughout the whole journey. The salesperson, the surveyor, the customer service team were very friendly, informative and helpful. The installation team were quick, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Our conservatory roof was converted within the day. We are already feeling the difference in that our space is not as scorchingly hot and we hope that we will be able to use our space a great deal more during the winter months. We would not hesitate to recommend Greenspace.

Aamir came to tell us about the roof and how it worked. Was an excellent explanation and helped us understand the benefits. When we decided not to proceed immediately there was a graciousness that we valued and appreciated.

Very quick production and delivery. Excellent fitting. We can now use our conservatory in the sunny weather instead of it being like a sauna.

We had a conservatory installed in 2010, like most people with conservatories soon find out is that they are to hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
We considered a number of options and found that Green Space UK had the best solution. We had 75% of the glass roof panels replaced with insulated panels.already we have noticed that the summer heatwave has reduced the excessive heat making the conservatory a more liveable space. From enquiry to installation we found Green Space UK provided a most professional service. The actual installation was completed in a day.
