During our visit to the Beaulieu flower show we came across a stand from Greenspace showing their conservatory roof alternative products which we were very impressed with.This was followed by a visit from a sales representative who explained the finer points of the products. After excepting a quote without any pressure the next few weeks of the process went smoothly with good communication throughout the stages. Very pleased with the final look. Its only been a week so difficult to assess temperature changes and any effects from inclement weather!. But would be happy to make further comments after a year has passed.

Salesman explained the company’s manufacturing process and advised on the benefits when fitted, good start.Surveyor quickly followed to ascertain all measurements and gave approximate delivery time.Product ready for fitting just in time of the specified date.The fitters worked well in the heat and helped move furniture.All in all Professional Job from start to finish

I am extremely happy with my new conservatory roof. The staff at Green Space were very helpful from the moment I first made contact. I was kept informed every step of the way and now my conservatory roof has been installed I am delighted. The two young men who did the installation worked very hard in the heatwave and cleared up after they had finished. Straightaway I could sense that the room was cooler, even in this extreme weather we are having. The roof looks so bright and clean it has completely transformed the whole appearance so that I now have what feels like a brand new conservatory.

Green space have been incredible to work with, throughout the entire process of having the roof custom made and fitted they’ve been in contact, keeping me updated with the progress made, the surveyors and construction teams were always there exactly at the time they said they would be, no messing around, no nonsense, got straight to work whilst still being very approachable and chatty. Cleaned up after themselves and followed up with phone calls after the event to make sure everything was up to standard 10/10

Greenspace have proved an excellent company to do business with. Communication is good and their product is all that they claim. The installation took place with a minimum of disruption and all refuse was removed. I am very pleased to have invested in Greenspace panels for my conservatory.

My one quibble would be with the bombardment of marketing calls when I first showed interest. Otherwise all positive.

From the start to completion GreenSpace had exceptional professionalism; keeping me informed at each stage, explaining everything in great detail, plus who was coming and when. Excellent company, would definitely recommend.

Right from the initial meeting I felt confident in the company. Yes, it was a big decision to improve the roof of the conservatory, but the process was explained and progressed on time and the work done in one day by two young men, with all the rubbish taken away. The next morning, with the sun shining through, the conservatory wasn't like a furnace as previously, warm of course but not uncomfortably hot. Just hope it keeps warmer during the winter, although based on experience now, I think it will be so much better than last winter. Also the conservatory looks nicer and looked after. I think you can tell my husband and I are very pleased we made the right decision.

Like all other sales experiences, we knew that we'd only be told the positive side of having our conservatory panels fitted when we had a visit from the sales representative. What we didn't expect was the fact that everything he said was true! The difference it has made to our conservatory is immeasurable. It's changed from a room we used when it wasn't too unbearably hot or freezing cold, into a room we use all the time, as the temperature feels approx 8° cooler now than it was (we're hoping the same will happen in the winter and it won't be freezing in there either - but it's still July so we don't know yet)
The fitters were efficient, friendly yet professional. They arrived on time, got the job done quickly, took all the old roof away and cleaned up after themselves.
We would 100% recommend GreenSpace to anyone.

Excellent efficient service our newly insulated conservatory roof has resulted in a substantial reduction in temperature. The company reps clearly explained the product and it was installed with fantastic efficiency by extremely pleasant staff with no disruption to ourselves.

Very well run business who keep you informed at all stages. All appointments were made in a timely manner and maintained. Any questions efficiently dealt with.

We used Greenspave to replace our small conservatory polycarbonate roof. The conservatory was too hot in summer and too cold in winter to the point we couldn’t use it. We had a very positive experience with Greenspace right from the first consultation up to the point of completion. They kept us informed throughout every stage. The new roof has certainly made a difference. We would highly recommend them and their product.

Scoring 5 because the roof is what we were sold, however would like to score a 4 for some of the minor / final details....

Overall - the process was well managed, and good comms along the way.
The booking in winter was a challenge around the weather and when they turned up the first time we all agreed it was too risky for the brand new floors, so we had to reschedule and wait another week or so, but it wasn't too much later.

The 1st team seemed much more engaged and willing to discuss the situation with us and progress updates (if they had been able to do the work). The 2nd team were younger and did not keep us informed throughout the day and we had to ask questions and clarifications on the finish after the fact. However the 2nd team did do a good quality job installing the roof.

However Greenspace then sent out the lead inspector from Bournemouth all the way to London to inspect and reassure us, so that was truly appreciated.

I chose the less expensive insulation panels and I’m so pleased with the results. The workmen were very professional and polite. The overall finish was excellent and best of all the temperature difference from my original glass roof was very noticeable. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Greenspace.
