Worst service ever . We ordered kick menequines for our sons birthday and after waitin a week rebounder came in couple of days and manequines never arived no notification or anything apart from delay when tracking delivery company , after cinactin forza we have been advised that parcel lost in delivery ok they promised to send new one next day delivery as we needed for saturday and they thown in some free marker as apolagies , evry comes on saturday night evning with markers and not the manequines iam more then disapointed my son you will expect the very unhappy call tomorow and if third time you cant guaranty to deliver the product i hava payed for then you should take it of your website .

It would be great if orders were bundled into one delivery. Delivery could be quicker, and in one batch. Quality of the products ordered were reasonable for the price point.

It’s a poor clunky website that offers a discount for signing up to the mailing list then doesn’t apply it.

I also dislike companies that plead for a review before the purchase has been delivered!

Always great products and service

I ordered two items and paid for next day delivery on 15.11.25. Was given delivery date of 17.11 25. Clearly not next day. By 9.00 pm on 17th no sign of the 2 items ordered. I rang the company at approximately 9 00 pm and, after a very long wait, was told something had gone wrong but they would be with me on the 18th, (the day I needed them for). Subsequently 1 item (the smaller of the two items and of no use without the goal) arrived. I rang once again, experienced an equally long wait, and was then told the item would now be despatched the following day. I was told my delivery costs would be refunded, only £5 of the £16.99 was. I rang again to ask for the full refund, spoke to someone who said to hold on for a couple of moments whilst he had a word with his colleague. He then proceeded to put me back in the queue, I was 19th in line to be answered! I eventually got through again and was told the difference between the £5 and'16.99 would be refunded. That hasn't happened. I cannot believe that you feel this is an acceptable way to run your company.

Bought a golf net. Some of the corner brackets broke/cracked. Contacted net world and they offered to send replacements immediately. Good customer service, Samantha was helpful.

Received an order with 2 broken corner flag poles .Samantha responded promptly and has sent out x2 new poles .

Great price for a full goalkeeper top, we already had a the top just wanted to the shorts and socks. So we now have a spare, quality seems really good.

Delivery arrived at 21:51 which was 5 hours later than scheduled! Box came with a massive hole unsure if goods are all there/undamaged. This is meant to be a Christmas present but now we are going to erect the goal to make sure everything present and correct.

Easy to find the type of ball and size I am after. Easy payment and ordering process.

Package arrived quickly from a comprehensive website. Much easier to put together than some reviews suggested( by two very incompetent people!)
The children have yet to play with it as it's a Christmas present, but I think they'll love it.

I ordered a wonderful Forza soccer net last year with agility rails & targets for my grandsons. This year I ordered the targets again and rebound net for Christmas . I attempted to put the cyber20 code which wouldn’t go in( screen said do not refresh screen or you may lose order). I called the contact number but it was after hours. I sent a message regarding my issue. Thankfully for me Jade was able to read my memo, took care of issue, and promptly sent me a response. I am very thankful to Jade!

Great product price and quality however postal charge was expensive. Total cost made it comparable with companies such as Amazon.

I made an error on my contact information during cyber Monday shopping, which is an extremely busy time for customer service and within hours, a customer service representative named Jade was quick to fix my error.
